The Place has A Very Decent Stock and The Customer service is cut above the rest. They keep stocking up Very Often and They have Decent Amount of varieties. In Terms of cleanliness it’s the best !

Where do I begin?!I have been coming here for over 4 years now, I haven't been I.D.'d since I originally came here in September 2019......Until today... There i was just coming to grab something nice for the weekend and not only did the staff I.D. me, but I didn't have my wallet and I rode my bicycle in the snow today... so they told me to go home and get it. All thanks to a new staff member not recognizing me.- Checking I.D. should always be happening, not just once in 4 years because the new guy does his job and nobody else cares to do it.I had asked them to kindly set aside things for me and I would be right back, and instead they had not only agreed to do so, but had already turned around and shelved everything I had already grabbed myself... When the employee couldn't find the products he not only instructed me to get it myself again, but had then begun assisting other customers while I grabbed things, as if I wasn't coming right back to buy.The original clerk who sold to me wouldn't even look at me, treating me like absolute garbage from the beginning. Along with the store manager who simply continued to disrespect things further by telling me there was no way to rectify the discourtesy, or unkindness made.Worst service I've ever received in my 33 years of life going to any liquor establishment. I will not be returning and strongly urge everyone else to do the same.Not only are they not I.D.ing people for 4 years but they think it's okay to treat people second rate as the customer.In fact, the manager looked at me and told me his 'courtesy' to compensate for the inconvenience is that, "they will continue to serve me and not ban me from buying from the store."Gross. Just disgusting customer service, things could have been handled way differently but it's obvious that common customer courtesy and respect do not exist here at this store.DO NOT BUY from this store.

This shop selling wine is in Royal Square, and it has a complete range of alcoholic products. The transportation is convenient and there are many parking spaces.

Will never shop here again. We were regular customers who spent a lot there. I had an issue where I accidentally dropped the wine bottle I had recently purchased. The manager or woman in charge refused to replace the $12 bottle of wine and was not understanding at all. It would have been better customer service and not even a big loss. I'm very disappointed with BC Liquor stores if that is their policy. That is why I much prefer the local beer and wine stores. Staff is much nicer and prices are better.

We had lunch near New Westminster's Royal Square Mall recently, and it provided the opportunity for me to shop for some needed liquor supplies at the BC Liquor Store located within the Mall.Though a small store, and not a 'Signature' outlet, it does contain a 'Cold Zone', and very decent supply of the regular / most common wines, beers, and liquors carried by the government stores. I had no problem finding the kinds, brands, and sizes of liquor products I was seeking.Mall parking available -- including some handicap parking spaces near the closest entrance to where the liquor store is located. This was the second time I had shopped there. The staff were very friendly and cordial on each visit.
