I’ve never banked here, but I live nearby and the light from the sign is constantly flickering like a strobe light at night.
Somebody needs to look into getting that replaced.

I recently visited the this BMO Bank branch in Westminster and had a frustrating experience. Upon arrival, the receptionist, who also speaks Turkish according to a sign, greeted me with a cold stare. When I informed her about my reservation, she interrupted to correct my English, which felt rude and unprofessional. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management can address this issue to improve their customer service.

I went last Friday to reactivate my app because it was blocked, and there are 25 minutes left before the bank closes, Farimah Saei Nia Personal Banker helped me, but she only checked my account for 5 minutes and she told me I can't help you, go to dial number to the BMO call center so they can do my job. On Monday I went to another BMO bank and in 5 minutes they had solved the problem. Please have staff that can help customers, she would rather continue talking with her co-workers than solve a customer's problem.

Slowest customer service of all the banks I go to. Very compartmentalized as well, so they are either telling you the wrong information or they can't help you because it's not their department. This particular branch has slow/poorly trained associates. I've been short changed by several hundred dollars and been given the wrong information several times.

We just had an appointment with Farimah. We came to ask questions and hear your answers not to search in the BMO book you handed us. Me and my wife came to open a business account. The “ go away” vibe was so clear from the start. She did not look at us and was working on sth else on her computer. That pissed us off and couldn’t tolerate her behaviour. We took time from our schedule to hear you not the sound of your keyboard.

Have been with this branch for about 5 years. Recently been experiencing issues with this branch.
It seems nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone from this branch, and feel like the only way is to go there in person.
I've been wanting to speak with someone over the phone - their line always goes to the machine (I leave a message) and they call back at the most inconvenient times (because, you know people work during work hours). Then I call them back, same thing - straight to the machine and repeat/rinse. This has been going on for weeks.
I realized I was able to book an appointment via online - which I did. And when the appointment time came, I tried calling in directly to the person - straight to the answering machine. (And I even tried emailing this same person before, which I never got any kind of response from). I imagine appointments were doable via phone - as the confirmation email for the appointment includes their phone numbers.
Overall terrible experience, waste of energy and time here.

I had a good experience yesterday. Staff is helpful and patient with rude people. I felt bad for them as one lady was being very rude and raising her voice at them... They are workers and they deserve respect as well. I had my situation solved and left satisfied with the service.

Been using this location for years, good customer service during the week, but I'm not sure why they are even open on Saturdays when they don't have staff who can actually help you with anything. On Saturdays they can't do anything with cash...

Horrible customer service from pretty much all employees and whom ever the older lady is with the long curly hair with an accent. Very rude and was in no way helpful whatsoever. I got better customer service with the 24/hr line than this location of BMO.Pathetic. Not the first time I have dealt with this location and have left very dissatisfied in the way this branch handles their customers.

Mr Chia Chien Lee is an honest and thorough banker with timely working knowledge of the personal vehicle market. I came in for a bank draft, and while there, he double-checked my banking fees, corrected several mistakes, helped change my overdraft plan to a flat rate, and generally ensured good daily financial practices. I'm impressed by his diligence. I'm also impressed by his commitment to teamwork - I had to ask for his card specifically after he handed me the cards of two of his coworkers, which again demonstrated professional humility and honesty. I'll be back to work with Mr Lee in future!

At this branch, staff are most helpful, Justin helped me today with number of banking to do and, good advice, in fact all the professionals there, are great, like Dalia and the branch manager.

Misleading and inaccessible for people working full time. Says open on Saturday but it’s open only for appointments. Waste of time and gas going there.It should say closed on google maps so it’s not misleading for first time visitors who are just dropping by for bank use.
