Stay away. I have been living by this canada post and shipping stuff to Alberta for 8 months. I don't know if in the past few months they sold but avoid this place. I feel like the guy doesn't even want my buisness. Tells me to look online to see shipping restrictions for a cell phone. Can't tell me what they are. I'm trying to send a phone to my son who has epilepsy and he doesn't have a phone right now because he lost it. Im not sure why he couldnt tell me what the shipping restrictions where , they even had cell phone shipping boxes which i was going to buy one. I bet in the past 8 months i have spent like $600 sending packages home. The custoner service here is non exsistent. The people before where amazing !!!! I miss them. The guy always took time to answer my questions and help me. I am sending everything by UPS ot FedEx from now on. Not giving canada post one more cent if I don't have to.

Sketchy practices!!! The usual clerk is no longer there, and when I went in to do returns the new clerk told me there’s a $1 printing charge for returns using QR codes. I contacted Canada Post and there are no such charges. Filed a complaint - please avoid.

The regular person was not there and this new person now charges for random stuff. He refuses to print stuff like receipts and labels using QR codes without charging $1 per receipt/label. I contacted canada post customer service and they assured me I should not have been charged for it. Needless to say I opened a complaint ticket against them.

Awful employees. Extremely rude and irresponsible. Couldn't care less about customer needs. Avoid this place as much as you can.

This place has been taken over by new ownership.I sent an employee in to buy a roll of stamps for my business and they could not print a receipt. I need the receipt for tax reasons for my business, they legally have to give it. They said they didn't do that anymore.Had to go back and demand a receipt and not left until I got the receipt. Will be taking all my Canada Post Business elsewhere across the bridge to Burnaby now. They didn't seem to understand the issue.

Love the guy behind the deskHe is so helpfulI think he is very quick as usually has a lineup so has to beHe also is limited in what he can answer so if unsure directs customers to call customer service which is understandableDoes great passport pictures as went elsewhere first as was close to another post office and the pictures were not accepted so went to this post office to do it again and no problem as passport office accepted this post office pictures so only wish had gone to this post office first as would have saved myself some money

It says open on google maps but I went to store and it was closed. They should update their hours.. wastage if time
