I sold Alex my car and it couldn't have been better. He let me enjoy the vacation for another week before he bought the car from me. The extra kilometers didn't matter to him. Even though my car didn't pass the inspection, he took it from me because I didn't have time to make the repairs myself due to my return flight. I am very grateful to him for this and also for the small calculation of the effort he will have. This is a person with a heart who wants the best for you. He saved me from being ripped off by another dealer because I was pressed for time. I highly recommend him and thank you very much for his courtesy and the fair deal. All the best!

We ultimately didn't buy from Caprice as the pre-purchase inspection showed problems that we didn't want to deal with. But others might have decided differently.

Ali and the rest of the people at caprice auto centre are straight up crooks. I bought a nissan pathfinder from them and they straight up lied saying it had new tires on it when they were clearly used. This should've been my first indication. He didn't tell me the air conditioner didn't work and the transmission needed replacing. After a month now it has left me stranded on the side of the road barely making it to cell service. I phoned him asking about it and he wanted me to take it to HIS GUY. Do not do this all he will do is put sawdust in the engine to make it sound good and it will break down all over again.
Update: it has been over a month since I have bought my car and it has spent more time in the shop then on the road. The mechanics found out that 2 of the catalytic converters had nothing in it. Funny how there wasn't even old debris inside it. Can barely afford to drive now, not to mention that one of the break lines was found leaking, I guess the safety of their clients in THEIR vehicles doesn't matter to them either. As long as they can sell you a tin can on wheels they are happy.

Alex and his staff are awesome, would highly recommend to friends and family! Milad went out of his way to help me and my wife find exactly the vehicle we needed. Milad also helped up get installation of a gorgeous new nav unit and back up camera.

Typical shady used car salesman. I admit I fell for their charm. But got a vehicle from them. They couldn’t match the colour. And the car was an Icbc write off and they just put a bandaid over it. So now all the issues are arising. Definitely be weary and make sure to get your vehicles properly inspected before you drive it off their lot. I would recommend you steer clear from their car lot.

My spouse was looking for a reliable but affordable car to get him to and from work. Gas economy was also a huge factor.Milad Jahani went above and beyond, effective listening skills as well as was honest about any issues a car might have. He took the time to find just the right car, in the end we chose the Honda Fit.
There were a few things that needed attention and Alex the owner and Milad both worked hard to ensure the issues were fixed, even gave a loaner car to come back the next day.
I would definitely recommend both Milad and this dealership to anyone looking for a great reliable used vehicle.
Every vehicle has carfax and there are no hidden fees, etc. Also comes with a warranty.

I live in the neighborhood and always walk by Caprice Auto. One day I saw a vehicle of interest. Farshad showed me the car, let me test drive it. I liked it and bought it. I did notice some fluid leaking on my garage floor the next day. I went back and Farshad and Alex (owner) fixed the problem, immediately. The customer service was the best experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for everything!

I bought a vehicle from them. The day I bought it they warranted that if for any reason I wasn’t happy with the vehicle in the first month, I can come and do an exchange with another vehicle. When I wanted to do so, he said go sell the car on FB Marketplace and then come buy another car from me?. They do not keep their promises. Be careful!
