Bad service this location.. I went to deposit my cheque but the lady she didn’t put the right amount..
I got home and check my receipt, wrong amount..
I called them to fixed it..so bad service!!!!

Since they merged with Richmond savings. Service has gone downhill. Take so long to do anything and I’m constantly having to fix things with payments online to get to the correct spot.

Extremely rude staff. Different staff have different services, not consistent at all. Few managers are very helpful and sympathetic towards customers, few are not. I will be moving my account elsewhere because of the rude behavior of the manager 'Angel Samson'. Coast capital, I have been a consistent member of yours for since I came to Canada and this is how rudely you treat clients. I was literally told by the receptionist there are many other members who have been a client for a long time, so no special treatment for you. This is not accurate at all. I have been really well treated by other managers.
No customer empathy Coast capital has.

A teller named Sana asked my wife to take her toque off well she confirmed her ID. I wonder if she asks sihk man to take off his turbine or a Muslim women to take off her hajib. She then told us she would be holding our cheque and when I asked to speak to a manager she told us we need to make an appointment. I then grabbed our cheque and told I knew from the moment we sat down with her we were going to have a problem she then yelled at us in front of other customers and other staff. The Manger eventually came out of his office and cashed our cheque but no apology for her behavior the experience was enough for us to move our business. Sana treats people like they are less than, well i make 4 times what she does and any other bank will be happy to have my business. Coast Capital is the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Investments are stagnant and the financial adviser Sam at this branch is lazy and absolutely useless. Immediately after this experience I opened an account at another institution and am transitioning every out of Coast.

They’re open half a day on Saturday but closed Sunday & Monday. That’s less service hours than most other banks! The atm screen looks archaic. The number for the branch goes directly to the head office. There is no staff at the front to answer questions. If you’re a walk-in then you’re out of luck as you must make an appointment to get service. Opening an account was a frustrating experience. I couldn’t get the app set up with the card number I was given. Then I called customer service. After going through all my information we eventually got it fixed. I tried to use the debit card to make transactions so I could get the bonus cash but the card did not go through at all different merchants over a week. So I called customer service again and after verifying everything I was told the card was defective. I was told to go back to the branch to get a new card or wait for another one in the mail. By now I have decided to close the account anyway as this bank gave me a headache! I did get good service from the customer helpline. So 2 ⭐️ ⭐️

Came by to get a void cheque. Lady made two mistakes in the account number, so I wasn't able to get car insurance I needed that night and left me without a ride for my planned trip. How can you mess that up?

Says it closes at 5 but doors are locked by 4:50pm, can't even rush here after work. Waste of time and gas.

Queensborough location advertises the ATM vestibules close at 9pm until 7am yet several times I have found it locked around 6 to 7pm, what purpose? To lock out homeless? When the branch is closed, the ATM is for customers to acess their funds, most other banks and credit unions are not locking up access to their atms, nor putting up false hours as well.I called the number listed for that branch and it was headoffice, they put me on hold for half an hour and then passed the buck to the branch, no answer left a message and nobody could be bothered to call me backDefinitely considering leaving this sorry excuse for a crefit union

Branch is not open on Mondays, which is rather inconvenient. Even though this branch always looks empty and understaffed, they are always friendly and helpful.The ATM is the slowest one in all of Grater Vancouver

Don't bank here!!! And there call center is understaffed!!!!!!!!
