I absolutely recommend this shop forever. As a young new driver it was very nerve wrecking to have to go through the entire process of fixing my car after an accident without any experience or anyone I could ask. The staff were so incredibly kind and patient with all the questions I had to ask, I’m always at school or at work and they made sure they could communicate with me somehow whenever possible, they explained the entire process to me in great detail and even offered their advice from their own experiences. ( which I highly appreciate) My car was fixed super quick in just a few days, it looks so smooth, clean and just brand new. They did an amazing job and I am so grateful because they made this process so easy for me, I feel like I know everything now :) and they were basically holding my hand through the whole thing.
I hope I never get in an accident again but if I somehow do, I would be very glad to take my pride and joy ( my car ) back to this shop. Thank you so so much again !!!!

Fraser River Paint & Body did an absolutely amazing job repairing the damage on my car after it was hit. The turnaround was so quick, and the results are truly flawless — my car looks brand new again. On top of that, the staff are incredible! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they were especially sweet with my kids, which meant so much to me. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend them!

We brought our car here following an accident for ICBC repair. We were disappointed with the assessment (items related to the electric which were likely impacted by the battery shorting following the accident were not checked, leading us to have to replace the battery and window switches at our own cost). And also with the general care around the car repairs.
Our rear window, which was not impacted during the accident, ended up mysteriously breaking in their parking lot and led to an additional deductible and claim. Then during that repair our review camera mysteriously disappeared as well. (After much back and forth this did get reimbursed)
While staff were kind enough during communication, it just seemed like things were not done carefully or thoughtfully leading to us having many additional bills to pay following the repair.
I would recommend they setup some CCTVs in and around their shop so they can review it when something breaks or goes missing...or maybe they already do...it just makes a person suspicious when so many things seem to go wrong and no explanation is given.

Had a large dent repaired, panels painted and blended Great service, in and out very fast. Repair looks immaculate they even detailed the inside of the vehicle.

Terrible experience from start to finish — and it all comes down to the owner’s two daughters, who seem to think being power-hungry and controlling equals good management. Spoiler: it doesn’t.
They run the place like personal dictators, barking orders at staff, glaring at customers, and treating everyone like they’re beneath them. The arrogance is hard to ignore. This isn’t just bad service — it’s a toxic atmosphere driven by ego and insecurity.
There’s no sign of real leadership here — just inflated self-importance and a lack of respect for anyone outside their inner circle. The whole vibe is cold, tense, and unwelcoming. You feel it the moment you walk in.
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of places where professionalism still matters — and where ego doesn’t get in the way of basic courtesy.

Shannon and her team went above and beyond in all aspects of their service and explanations. I really felt like I was being taken care of, not just my vehicle. The entire process was incredibly smooth — staff here was incredibly helpful and was very timely with their communication. Can’t recommend Fraser River Paint & Body enough!

Can't say enough good things about the staff here. Friendly and helpful the full way through. I typically expect anything relating to cars to be shady, but these folks were great and crystal clear from start to finish.

Very happy with the service, took my truck in at short notice fixed the hood brackets on my freight liner, very nice people. 2 days I had my truck back very pleased.
