We bought a vehicle at the dealership next door to GreatYear. Randy and his team looked over the vehicle, checked and topped up the fluids and discussed any issues with the dealership. One of the few car repair shops where I received very professional service for my car! After diagnostics, the mechanics quickly identified the cause of the breakdown and within one hour my car was ready to drive. I advise everyone to contact these professionals!

Great service, better price than the dealership. wheel bearings were required. Updated now to July 2024, check engine light was on, diagnosis was a bad fuel cap. Replace cap. Upon further diagnosis they found starter needed replacing. Starter was replaced. No further issues.

I needed my brakes and rotors replaced due to a sound coming from the front of my car when braking. Marcel and Randy explained everything over the phone and were able to replace them the same day. Excellent service!! I highly recommend this car repair shop.

Very trustworthy and reliable shop. Randy, Marcel and their mechanics walked me through exactly what was going on with my vehicle and were very reasonable and transparent when it came to pricing. They were beyond professional and helped me through every step from diagnosing to fixing the issues with my vehicle. Highly recommend Randy and his crew. In my experience, they always do an excellent job and are very easy to work with. Unlike other shops, they also explain what is going on with your car, how it works, and how to prevent whatever issue you may have. Great service. Great team. Greatyear automotive.
