I bought a Toyota Yaris Hatchback in 2007 recently. David was an awesome man with the customer service he's a polite man l like the freedom he gave me to decide. Not like other dealers pushing you to buy their car whether you like it or not.

II have fantastic experience with dealerships staff really they are amazing I went once with my friend he bought car from them and after 10 days my friend wanted to change the car when we get there it was unbelievable the staff of the dealership greeted warmly even they already knew that we gonna change the car eventually they changed the car with another one with out any interest or any charges. It was amazing experience I prefer everyone to buy car from them, “Pick a deal auto”

I recently brought my Mazda 3 2010 to Pick A deal autos for new brakes, oil change, and other upgrades and I would give 10/10 overall for service.All of the repairs were completed on time and under the warranty, and each product selection was excellent.I appreciated their thorough estimation progress, and the pictures and videos made it easy to follow along while the work was being completed when I was on holiday.The service and approach to friendly customer service from David S and the rest of the team was outstanding.Thank you to everyone at Pick A Deal Autos Service for the fantastic work!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Brakes, Wheel alignment, General repairs, Air & cabin filter replacement

Working with David was an absolute pleasure! David is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Toyota took about 6-weeks. The best part – David stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to David if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.

Looks like I’m not the only one who had a terrible experience here. Save yourself a massive headache and do not buy from this dealership.I bought a car from them which only 6 weeks down the line kept breaking down with various issues relating to the battery and alternator which the dealership claimed they had fixed before we bought it.We were assured when we bought it that the engine and these parts were under warranty but once when we tried to get a hold of the dealership to resolve these issues, they either dodged our phone calls or just kept telling us that the owner had to be in to make a decision, and they would call back- they never would. Considering the owner was away for several weeks during this period, we were stuck without a car for a month.During this time we took it to a mechanic who told us that parts of the engine were held together with cable ties, the car had most likely been in a previous accident and several bodge jobs had been done, including the ‘new’ battery and alternator the dealership claimed they had put in.When the owner finally answered one of our calls, he told us he wouldn’t refund the car because he didn’t what to buy what was potentially a useless hunk of metal back from us… considering we’d only had the car 6 weeks it was clear he knew the car had a lot of pre existing issues. They ended up giving us a fraction of the money back that we spent.Essentially their word and warranty means absolutely nothing and once you drive out of the dealership you are completely on you’re own.

Went to this dealership to test drive a car over a decade old, came back after the drive and pointed out some flaws with the vehicle, "salesman" promised all problems would be fixed and then asked what I thought the price of the vehicle was, I gave him my price, he got mad and stormed off, extremely unprofessional, do not bother with this joke of a business.

The best place for purchasing a used car! Prices are decent with no additional fees. There was an issue with an air sensor and it was replaced for free and 4 new tires as well! Thank you so much Franco!
