Worst bank in BC.Service is horrible and the system is archaic, the attendants are rude and can't solve anything on the same day. Bad choice to save your money.

Brought my sister in to help with her account.She has a brain tumour and lives independentlyWe met Alice, who was amazing!Kudos to RBC!She was respectful and very helpful and my sister was very happy with the service ; as was I!Thank you RBC Bank and Happy Lunar New Year!

Rudest bank I have ever been to!Uncaring and lazy. Atleast I got back my $400 that was stolen right out of the bank machine No one was going to help me! Until I mentioned calling the police!Security guard is useless and a liar! When you think you're disgusted with humanity this just confirms it! I think robots would be more humane. Thanks to the manager who finally helped me at this rude, cruel, inhumane bank!

Waiting in long slow lines every time I’m there. Then one person ( from the back)comes to ask certain people they think might be business accounts to jump them ahead. I’m in line as a business account, not in a suit, not noticed. Slowest counting of money, slowest process of a simple deposit. No action in the line up. I hate taking deposits there every single time.

10 Stars for Candace! Best experience I had with banking in years.I had an issue with my bank account being put on hold for my own oversight. I was dreading coming to the bank to fix this. However, Candace was so helpful and understanding. She took her time to make sure that my problem was resolved and went above and beyond to take care of my other banking needs which I was putting aside for another day. Best customer service, she knew that this was a difficult situation, she was empathetic and made sure that I was okay with our delightful conversation.My wife who just recently came to Canada from overseas, also opened a bank account here at this branch with the help of Esther. She was happy with her first banking experience here at this location as we felt that we we are really taken cared of.Me and my family has been banking at this branch for years. With the experience that I had with Candace today, reaffirms why this our preferred bank location. Kudos to you Candace and the people who work at this branch.

I came in to see Anish in for an investment withdrawal. I was a bit annoyed that I had to come in as I have a pretty busy work schedule. But at the end of the day I am glad that i did as it was worth the knowledge that I received. He went through my file and my cash flows and we found out that i was not in the proper investment category. I really appreciate his advice and he put me in an investment that was based on my current condition and I didnt lose any money which was nice.

I consistently receive personalized, friendly and caring service at this branch. It’s a standout experience for me and I’ve visited many different banks and branches in my lifetime.It has never failed…if there are a number of clients waiting for service, each person in line is greeted and, whenever possible, cared for immediately. If there is a wait it is acknowledged.I suspect the line and the occasional wait wait are due to the loyalty that we feel to the branch and to the staff as all stations are open and serving clients as efficiently as possible.Vic is always in the lead, genuinely caring. Today Madeep did the honours as well. And Alice provided such personalized, friendly and professional service.This is one great team…they shine!I look forward to in person transactions because I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Clearly not your usual banking experience.

I was recently faced with Executor duties, which can be somewhat challenging. Candace, in Customer Service, was very helpful and friendly, providing pamphlets and advice on future steps. Alice, in Client Services, went above and beyond, in helping with foreign money transfers. She was professional, kind and helpful; as well as, empathetic to the situation. Both staff members are a credit to the company they represent.

Normally, when a person is wearing headphone in public, it means they don't want to talk to people. Apparently the staff at this bank don't think this fact applies to them, or maybe they think it's acceptable to insist on a conversation and follow someone through the bank.I was in line and I told the woman who was talking to me that I needed a specific amount, and I had no knowledge of ATMs giving out $10 bills. She informed me the ATM gave out $10 bills. I thanked her, put my headphones back in, and walked to the ATM. For whatever reason she decided to follow me to the ATM, and start pointing at the screen as I was using it. I looked at her and said: "I know how to use an ATM, you don't need to follow me." But still she stood there and pointed at things on the screen while I was using it.At this point I was so annoyed and intent on leaving, I confirmed the amount I wanted and ended up with a stack of small bills instead of the larger bills I wanted. Only after expressing anger at having my train of thought constantly interrupted did this woman finally leave me alone. I went back to the teller desk and wasted more of my time exchanging the small bills for large ones.At what point did this bank hire condescending people who assume the client is too stupid to use an ATM on their own?This woman should have stopped talking after I walked away.How difficult is it to leave someone alone?After nine years of using this bank I didn't expect such pretentious and invasive interactions with staff.Leave. Me. Alone.
