I gave this company a 3 star google review and they lied in their response. Said they did free work for me when my vehicle never entered their shop. When I told them I had a dash cam they deleted and completely changed their response. They somewhat told the truth in their second response (admitting they never worked on my vehicle) so I edited my response to say that's more like it. So they then again changed the review and added to that response with more lies. I added screen shots of all their different stories. The owner started calling me! Then they text threatened me with a lawyer. They also texted me surveillence footage of my truck when I was in the alley outside their shop, I assume to intimidate me. They then gave the name of the person who pays my cell phone bill - that is not public information and they must have paid for that information. Scary really. The first photo is their initial response where they flat out lied. The second picture is their more truthful response. The third picture is when they added more lies. The next pictures are their texts, threatening me.

I am driving a 2024 Hyundai Kona with flat tire on the thanksgiving weekend, they are still open for the business and very super friendly, I am very appreciative of their repair work, even the price it’s cheap and the service is excellent! Have a great thanksgiving day for you guys! Cheers?

I had my Mazda 3 serviced here today, including brake pads and discs replacement. The team was incredibly clean, efficient, and helpful throughout the process. They completed all the work on time and to a high standard. I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

5 stars, I would recommend this tire shop. I was able to drive in without an appointment the first and was had a pleasant experience. I purchased a tire that he didn’t have in stock and it was on my car the next day. Service is speedy and the pieces were good. Had a similar situation of a popped tire a couple months after and another smooth experience. Thanks to Safari Auto tire to keeping me on the road!

Horrible service and dishonest staff. After they did the wheel installation and balancing, my steering wheel started vibrating intensely at high speeds. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with rude and aggressive behavior, and told they don't provide warranty for their work. I had the wheels re-balanced at another shop, where I discovered they were badly out of balance:
1.75 : 4.25
1.25 : 4.75
1.45 : 3.28
0.75 : 3.25
The wheels would have been better off if this workshop hadn't touched them at all.

These guys were great. Extremely fast, attentive and fun. When they say your car will be ready at 2:30, they mean it! :)

Went to New West to visit my brother, it's a 8 hour drive and I discovered I had a flat tire. S-Tire was amazing and got me in that same day before I had to leave for the 8 hour drive back home! They were fast, efficient and very kind. Highly recommend!
