I’ve been coming here for years and the lady who took over for the past few treats everyone like criminals. She talks to you like you’ve already stolen from her when in fact I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years on Christmas decorations and bedding for people who need it. Last time when I came to the counter she got stern telling me not to touch anything else and what did I put in my pocket, it was my own wallet. This time I walked in and she said in a rude voice to leave my bag with her, when in honesty I don’t trust my wallet behind her counter, I decided I’ll just never go back. This is a charity shop not a high end jewelry store, stop treating everyone like a criminal. I like supporting the cause but can’t stand the poor service and manic behaviour.Maybe you profile and treat only someOf us with incredibly rude behaviour? Since I’m not the only one who feels this way obviously. Maybe stop treating certain people with such vitriol when they try to spend money at the store? You work there it’s not all your stuff that belongs to you lady.Protocol is not the problem, it’s your awful attitude and treating some people worse than others. I leave my bag at other stores without an issue because I’m not being barked at, it’s YOU not the protocol.

Very nice little shop. I’ve gone here every once in a while and I always find amazing things here. Everything is very well priced.The lady at the front desk has always been quite respectful and offers me reusable/drawstring bags to hold my purchase.Do keep in mind that she will ask you to have your bag behind the counter as it is to prevent shoplifting.Thank you for a great experience, I’ll be back soon! <3

This is a fabulous thrift store, well worth a trip. Merchandise is very good quality, the store is well organized and the prices are the best I’ve seen at a thrift shop.

Best hidden gem thrift store. It's nice for people like me who like to spend a quiet early afternoon here . Good collection of Christmas lights children's books n cutlery too.

The moment I walked in to this shop, the lady at the front desk demanded for my bag… i asked her where she was going to put it and she pointed at the wall, then tucked it under her desk, then seemed to be looking in it?? After I noticed she was looking in my bag, I became uncomfortable due to the important things I keep in it. I got a bad feeling and asked for my bag back to leave the store, her reply was “and what were you looking for?”, i responded “clothes but i don’t feel comfortable and would like my bag back please”, she rolled her eyes and scoffed to then reply “why” very rudely. After repeating that I was uncomfortable and would like my bag so i can go, she hesitated, told me I should just let her keep it back there because everyone else does. I then asked her for the third time FOR MY BAG and to which she rudely shoved it towards me and said “BYE” and i said “thank you, take care” and she said “ok” and rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath while i was leaving.. I was super excited to come here but after being treated so disgustingly, i will never come back and make sure everyone i know is aware of how terrible this store is and why you should not give your time or money to them.

Great place to drop of items that may no longer fit in your life.It is far better for the community then sending your stuff to Salvation Army or Value Village who turn around and overcharge people for items that were donated for free!
