I went in needing 2 new pairs of shoes. Tried on several different pairs, no one in the store offered me any help or acknowledged me, which was fine as I found what I needed on my own. Made my way to the till to pay, and this level of service just continued. Employee 44165 spoke to her coworker but not to me, despite ringing me up and taking my payment. Prices are great, lots of selection but the service was lame.

Bought a pair of Elements #263011186 Boots that the Internet Listing and the Shop Salesperson said were good for -40*C Degree Temperature that even showed an attached Tag saying so.Wore them for first time at Work last night at -7*C and my Toes ended up Freezing! Those Boots are not even good for -10*C let alone -40*C!And when I was purchasing the Boots, the Sales Clerk stated that they only issue Receipts by Email and insisted that I give over my Email Address. They never did give me a usual Paper Copy Receipt and of all the Spam Emails I got from them, none were had a Receipt attached. So I makes it so that I can not get my Money back for those useless Made In China Elements Winter Boots.I then got a lot of Spam from Shoe Company and had to click on 'Unsubscribe' several times. So if you go there, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS because they will send you tons of SPAM EMAILS!Will Not Be Going Back If I Can Absolutely Help It!!!

On March 23rd at 1:45 PM, I called the shoe company to inquire about the availability of shoes in a wide size. The staff member who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She went to the hall area to check the shoes in detail and even offered to hold them for me until tomorrow. I had previously called other locations, but this one and the staff member who assisted me stood out as the most helpful and genuine.
