UPS in New West is absolute garbage. Lazy drivers that have literally never tried to deliver a package to my building, but I regularly receive packages from FedEx, Amazon, and Canada Post without issue. When I tried to raise this feedback with the store owner, his response was that they do not communicate at all with their drivers and that there's nothing they can do. Sucks to see others in the area apparently have the same awful experience with lazy drivers. I guess quality and customer service mean absolutely nothing to the people that work there, and sharing feedback as simple as "people are complaining about not getting packages" when the driver comes in your store, or escalating to a district manager, is too much -- The commitment to the bare minimum reflects very poorly on their store. My work sometimes ships with them, but I will personally never spend a dime shipping with UPS because of the consistently poor service from this store and the drivers in the are.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I created shipping label and paid online for my package to ship it to US. Came to their location to drop it off. They accepted it and said " Yes, it all good". Later in the day the delivery status was " package is refused by receiver". I was wondering how it is possible. Actually, UPS cancelled the delivery to US and wording reason incorrectly, due to missing commercial invoice, which I was not aware of at all I should include (it is my first time ever dealing with international shipment). So they accepted the package and sent it to Delta's facility where package was refused.I called the shop ( New West location) again asking why they accepted without checking all supportive documents. They told me it is my responsibility and not their duty to do so. WHAATTT? This is your responsibility people from UPS to check!!! I lost $42 for their negligence and unprofessionalism.

Horrible customer service. I wish I coud rate them 0 stars. This location would not let us use their packing tape when returning an item to vendor. They suggested that I buy packing tape from them to seal my box. After the negative interaction, they even encouraged me to go elsewhere. So I went down the street to Canada Post and returned the item hassle free.This location is just a waste of time.

They must consider close the store.The guys are give me no information, no receipt, no take care of my stuff.I used to UPS other branch, but there are no issue no delay.Finally, they are so slowly processing.Please consider close the business.

I and my daughter took PR photo at this shop. But my daughter photo shows err message it’s too bright and too dark when I uploads to ircc. So I went to the shop to ask for retake, but the employee told me it will charge again if I retake. They also said it’s not their problem and the photo is ok. After some negotiation, the employee just resized my daughter’s photo. It still not worked. He is very impatient and rude. During talking, he sometimes yell at me.Totally, I went the shop 3 times. He still didn’t want to retake anymore. So bad shop I never meet. At last, I have to go to other photo shop to to finish it. Wasting so much time on it. 0 star. Will never visit this shop again. Don’t trust them as they say if photo gets err they will retake. Just waste your time.

Very helpful UPS office that has helped me quickly many times. They are helpful both with shipping, as well as helping with printing needs when my personal printer had broken down. I will definitely use them again.

I wish you could give negative stars. The delivery driver gave my package to a random man in a random building that wasn’t even close to my name or my address. Then when I demanded they go retrieve my items they said it could take 8 business days for them to hear back from their driver and they might be able to get me my package! Absolutely deplorable! How they are still in business is mind blowing! They have no care for anyone’s things and every interaction with anyone working at UPS is horrendous!

I am a building manager who looks after several residential complexes. We use this particular UPS store location for our business. We have notices to print daily for our business and as well we have ordered various types of signs to put up in our residential buildings. Lakhpreet and Harinder and their staff have always been there for us. Going above and beyond. Accommodating our demands very often on short notice and never disappointing us with their service!I have recommended this location to several people in the past and will continue to do so! <3

Great location, very helpful exceptionally kind staff, have been so helpful to my Mom for many things, great service and have also gone above and beyond in showing her how to use the photocopier for her specific projects and have made it very accessible experience for her. She loves going there because of the amazing service and the very friendly staff that she feels really go out of their way to help with anything she needs. Thank you! :)

Showed staff an email that said "bring this email and your ID to pick up your package". Staff said that email didn't have enough information for me to pick up my package. Older staff said they can't help me and I asked what I was supposed to do then and he told me he didnt want to argue with me and he couldnt help. Younger staff looked for my package by name (which was nice of him). Then after like 5 minutes the Older staff was like "oh X company usually sends another email with the tracking number. That will work as the pick up number. I've had to tell other customers to look for that email" I have no idea why he didn't tell me that in the first place!! Younger staff was then easily able to find my package. I told the Older staff that I didn't receive a door tag, and the package was supposed to be delivered to my house and he said it "was the driver's fault it wasn't his fault" and that he could do nothing about it. I was not expecting him to do anything. Was just telling him why I didn't have the door tag. Overall, very frustrating to deal with.

Great location, kind of hidden. I posted some videos to help make it easier to find.The staff are friendly and quick. If you need to return parcels with pre paid labels, you can just drop off, no need to wait in line. There were only a couple of people ahead of me, so not a long wait. I would recommend this place.

This store is amazing- they are incredibly helpful- when they first opened I used to use them often but have not in years. Then I had a package delivered this week where the courier did not leave a ticket, finding the tracking # was impossible- I called many places to help, and where I ordered it from as well as my access point by me but no luck.It was a package delivered via internationally and then with ups once in Canada.I called them -explained my situation and with many questions he was able to locate my package truly amazing!!! 5 gold stars.Even UPS calling direct would not help me. Personally he did and the package is not even in his store.This is my goto for UPS trust me you won’t be disappointedThanks you so much for the help
