This place is where product goes to get smashed up and torn. The manager must be a jerk to allow staff to destroy the Hot Wheels that collectors come in for..not to mention this place doesn't even get the Walmart exclusive items that they're supposed to..I mentioned the damaged product to staff, and they're only here to chat with each other in the aisles and collect a cheque..they're useless.Update..this was Dec.5, 2023..1 new pic

Automated check out is insulting us honest people. I scan all my purchases. I am not carrying any bags & not wearing a jacket. I am standing right under a security camera. There is an attendant beside me. After scanning all items it asks me if I have scanned all my items. It is asking me if I am stealing. I find this very insulting & doubtful that it will stop a thief. So I am asking Walmart. Are you stealing from me?I love Walmart. I will never use a Walmart self serve again. This Holiday season I will encourage family & friends to avoid the self checkout until they stop insulting us.

A lady that works there was just rudely coughing without cover her mouth or wearing a mask. She has to be right beside you when you are trying keep distance. Then I was being hassled about an empty container when I already stated it was my stuff, not an unpaid purchase. I just wanted to pay for my stuff and get away from the rude lady getting her germs all over when covid is still a thing

Today, Saturday 14th, 2023, at 7:30 am, I visited the store in New Westminster to buy chicken $ 12.00, Premier protein for $ 22.00, bread $ 6.00, tea $ 14.00, cereal $ 8.00. When I was self-checking, one item didn't scan and show the screen to me. An employee between 50 and 60 years old thought I was trying to cheat the system. No, I will never do that because I pay for what I buy and live my life ethically and with much respect for everything. The employee was very rude and left me embarrassed. She shouldn't work in customer service.

Incompetent workers. One of the items we wanted to buy had 3 price tags. 15$ then was marked down to $11 and at the back, there was another tag that said $5.00.We scanned the item, shows up as $15.00. There was a supervisor with a yellow vest (man) who looked at the item and seemed to just check the item but said nothing.Lady who helped us just said that her co worker checked the prices and it just went up to $15.00.Poor customer service. Please either retrain or find competent people to fill in for these positions. This walmart used to be good. Now it's degraded due to the amount of people who work here who do things halfway through.

Fairly typical Walmart, but has a forgian foods section which includes Mexican and South American hot sauces and juices. Like every Walmart they don't update their multi items sales, so make sure you check the receipt. Update for this walmart- shelves are always empty. At first I blamed this on the pandemic, but 2 years in very other store has stocked shelves except for this Walmart. Staff are beyond useless, but to be expected.Update- this store sells previously melted ice cream and expired sour cream- do not buy any dairy products from this location. Today I witnessed dairy products in the middle of the the aisle for over an 1 and 30 mins sitting out of the Refrigerator.

I have been shopping at this Walmart for 16 years. Often it is dirty, lack of items available and lately while checking out at the self serve there is hostilities from the staff as if you are going to steal something. Disrespectful and not helpful. The final straw was when I bought an electric kettle end of May this year and started using it in July. After 3 weeks the kettle just stopped working I took it back without the box and had the receipt. Was told because I didn't have the box I couldn't get a refund. The sign which said "100% guarantee" glared at me as they suggested I go through the manufacturer. Last time I shop at this store or any other Walmart for that matter. They don't consider or value their customers anymore.Update:Contacted the Westinghouse Manufacturer last week and still haven't heard from them. It's not likely I will get my money back.

Lora at Customer service, store 5777 was awesome (11:00am July 21, 2023) she was running back & forth to help in the back & customer service area. I could hear a manager complaining that she went to washroom before coming to help & I think sent someone after her in washroom. Not impressed with manager. I had no problem waiting barely 5 minutes.

Ordered delivery the driver took a bunch of my stuff. Contacted customer service ( not the store the customer service for Canada) and they did nothing to help. At all. On for 2 hours and was crying at one point because so frustrated. Then when I concluded I would never get the groceries because they wouldn’t help, the store itself called to ask if it got solved when I said no and explained they did everything they could to help. I got my groceries and a gift card. The corporate office did nothing. Thank goodness the people that work at the store actually cared and helped me out. Walmart should be ashamed of their corporate people and so proud of the ones that work in the store!! Thank you queensboro location..

Kudos! Associate "Divya" is just awesome. She came to our pickup spot for an online order. Greeted us politely and dropped the whole big order in our car at this hot temperature when one can get awfully annoyed, still she was smiling and keeping her cool.Felt bad as she was so tired. The store should hire more associates for her department as I only saw her coming again and again for deliveries for other people as well. That's one of the hard job for sure

I shop here regularly as its close to my home and I have to say it's not the greatest Walmart. The issue I have is that I have bought expired items numerous times so now when I go I am very diligent that I always look at the expiry date of every single product here. In doing so it's actually alarming the amount of times I see expired goods still on the shelves. From produce, dairy, baby foods, meats, etc. I always see multiple expired products while shopping. It's disappointing and seems they cant keep up restocking or don't have a great system to remove expired goods from shelves.

This walmart is relatively quiet compared to others, with far less people too. Traffic is crazy as usual especially during rush hour, 2-5pm. Staff are ok, but as some mentioned the self checkout workers are borderline glaring at you. Very organized and clean walmart though, just an inconvenient location.

My parents have a second home in Canada while primarily residing in the Seattle area. In Seattle, they shop at Whole Foods and the local Indian grocery store for their groceries. I was bemused when they mentioned this Walmart is their go to grocery store here in Canada. The service is impeccable at this Walmart. My parents were picking up a gift card for their landscaper and they were out of the little envelopes and the cashier was so apologetic. This Walmart is so clean as well and they have an ample produce section with fresh veggies. They have such great variety that my parents don't need to go to an Indian grocery store with opa squash and eggplant as part of their selection. My parents picked up a delicious pound cake tonight (that went into a scrumptious trifle) from this Walmart too made by an Indian food company called Cripsy that was moist and not overly sweet. If only this wasn't so far from home I would be frequenting them frequently too!

Horrible horrible experience. It’s extremely concerning the lack of common sense. Was a sign by some of the clothes that read additional 30% off clearance tag. Was ringing up the price of the clearance tag so explained to more than one employee that the sign says additional 30% off that tag. Could even one of them begin to even understand the literature of the sign. Not a chance kept telling me this is the final price the employees are rude untrained in their own promotions and just absolutely lack any common sense or clearly the ability to read
