Guess what strange thing happened to me tonight. I am 38 years old and it's obvious that I am allowed to buy a lottomax ticket by law. But tonight when i got to 7-eleven on lonsdale. the asian lady (cashier) asked for my Id. i said you can see on my face that I am far older than 18-19 years old by looking at my white beard and soon-to-be bald hair she insisted on seeing my Id and told me the policy is policy. I know the rules ma'am but that was not obeying the rules

I bought Sunny orange Juice from this store, and as in the picture , it expired on March 2022, and we are in November 2023.I had a little sip, and since I feel bad and vomiting.

Zero stars for taking away the real properly brewed coffee and replacing it with the absolutely horrible “fake coffee” syrup machines that doesn’t even taste like coffee. Coffee is not supposed to taste like 2 week old hot chocolate. Did anyone from 7-11 actually try the product before it went to market? Unbelievable!

One of the employees name Ronnie is the name he gave me we’re really disrespectful I ordered a chicken wing and he spent his time going through every single one trying to find the smallest one and hand it to me with a smirk on his face worst customer service I’ve ever received I never felt so disrespected go to Chevron or the 7-Eleven on third happened at 12:05am on MAY 24th

This is my neighbourhood store and the staff is great. I can see they have been extra busy due to the closure of a nearby gas station and always maintain excellent service. I'm currently having an ongoing issue with my rewards app. They have been so understanding while I keep trying to resolve this with the 7eleven helpdesk. I've been at the cashier numerous times after tech support attempted to help me fix this issue and they remain patient and friendly. Technical issues are completely beyond their control, glitches do happen, so a big thank you to all staff at this location, you are excellent ambassadors for the 7eleven brand.

The inside is relatively clean and well staffed. If you are using the drive through, you are usually waiting a bit. Many times i wanted to stop in but couldn't because of no parking. I walked in once with the parking lot full and nobody was in the store. The staff had used up all 6 stalls. I avoid this place with all my being.

Sometimes the fountain pop is flat. However, what I really noticed about this location is that there is a smoke detector in the main-room ceiling with dead batteries. They have been DEAD for weeks and no one changes them. That's lazy! I informed the staff of what the constant beeping meant and the guy mopping the floor gave me the old "oh okay we'll get to it" but I could tell he didn't care.

I tried to return an unopened product today (phone charger), in the store, and was refused. I was told they could not accept the return because the store manager would not be in before tomorrow. I was only passing through North Van so I can't just come by the next day. I told this to the staff and I suggested I can leave the product with them so the manager can sort it out tomorrow, but I was told they could not do that either which I really don't understand. I asked them if they could call their boss to see what we could do about this while I was at the store, but they refused to contact their store manager because they had been told prior by their store manager to not contact him/her while being off work

I just bought a compass card from the shop. The compass card that I bought was not attached to the menu card but the lady cashier said it was the only card that she had, so I bought it. When I returned home and checked the balance of the card, the remaining value was $7.7. I had never used it and the stored value should be $10. I returned the card to the store, there was another guy to serve me and he gave me a brand new card and I could see that there were plenty of new cards with them. For the lady who served me previous was gone. It was something that happened within an hour, I wonder she must have fled with guilt.
