The people that work in this store are kind of rude jerks, I hate this place.

Let me ask a question. Does 17.86 = 19.99? No? Well this 7-11 needs to tell their workers that. I bought a pack of cigarettes, Canadian Classic Smooth King Size, which I've bought from this location many times before. I paid in cash, and the $20 was accepted without me getting change. I am currently homeless, and every cent counts. She smiled at me, said "Thank you!" and then when I didn't walk away, as I was waiting for my change, she closes the register and goes "Have a good day!" and smiles in my face. I would've given one star purely for this encounter, were it not for the fact that the rest of the staff is always very very respectful. Watch out for cashiers who can't count cash!

I was assaulted by a customer at the Petrocan location at 1245 Lonsdale, he was jabbing me in my arm, he was a large well groomed man with rage in his eyes. He was swearing at me causing him to spit in my face, there’s a new bad variant of Covid now and it’s dangerous to be spit on. He wouldn’t stop and the employees wouldn’t help until I said I was calling the police! I have ptsd and made a police report, called the district office who could care less. I shopped regularly at 7-11for 22 years and am on a first name basis with staff. I’m so traumatized I’ll never go there again.

I came every weekend for food and today i came there and ordered my regular item which has offer, but they refused to give me offer and said its over from this week, I told the manager/ cashier that the signage for that offer was displayed near front door and on the food counter. When I requested, cashier guy said you can cancel your order and go ( which is very rude and unprofessional way to speak). I paid full amount as he said and got my food. I prefer not to visit the store at all.

The staff, without fail, will always greet you with a hearty "Hello! How are you?" when you walk through the door. They are not pushy to sell and more often than not appear to be cheerful when on the job. At its core, it is a customer facing job, and I would not expect anyone in that position to be at 100% cheer all of the time. But in the face of what I'm sure are some days full of grouchy customers, the staff ultimately sends a smile when you enter the store. This particular location is the closest to me and is therefore my best option for those last minute things. It IS pricy, however one would be hard pressed to find a convenience store that isn't. That being said, there are frequent sales or bundled deals and their products can often be a few bucks less than other convenience stores further off.The only caveat that I (and I'm sure others) experience, is the 24/7 claim. Whereas I can't recall if the sign is still up, Google has also not been updated and it's only until you go into their website that you can see that this location does, indeed, close at midnight. Several other locations in the area have the same issue, getting lost in the mix of locations that ARE open 24/7. Fortunately I've seen the reviews that point out this 7-11 is not actually a 24/7 store, avoiding going after midnight and being very disappointed. But it is advertising that should be changed.

great store with friendly and efficient workers, but the sign in the window literally says it's open 24/7. it isn't. i'm sure people would appreciate a change in hours eventually, but the least they could do is take the sign down, straight up false advertising. good corndogs though

This is the best branch of 7eleven in North Vancouver. Very clean, friendly and quick staff, especially, Joshua, organized and very tasty fried foods. Thank you to all of you for your hard work and dedication to your customers. I wish you all the best.

Went to the lauded 24/7 convenience store only to find it's not open 24/7 atm. Sure, there's a quarantine, so I said whatever and checked here. Says it opens at 5. Went at 5; still closed. Decided to call, and they told me they open at 6. Dunno who's at fault here, but now I'm empty handed and just annoyed. You guys are great otherwise. Sure, just another soulless large scale chain store practically stealing from its customers with its awful prices, but you're somehow the cheapest place to buy anything around here.
