I used to experience poor service here years ago but for a while now, service and availability of staff has been generally very good. Margherita is especially very professional, very helpful, and friendly.

Visited today. When I googled for the location, I saw rating and got under the impression that I am going to get a bad experience but I had a very good experience. The lady was very nice. She also helped me tape the box. Seems like the ratings are bad because of old staff at old location.
