I've dealt with a lot of banking reps and found most incapable of addressing my simplest requests (e.g. at Lonsdale branch).
Would like to give 5 stars to Paria at Lynn Valley location, who quickly understood my needs and resolved them in the most efficient manner. Perhaps CIBC could leverage the outstanding team players' skills as examples to train other underperforming team members.
