“I had a wonderful experience at this CIBC branch today. I came in for help with an issue regarding my business credit card, and Hailey Yan went above and beyond to assist us.
Since it was very difficult to get through to the credit card department by phone, Hailey patiently stayed on the line for over an hour to help us get the issue resolved. While we were waiting, she also thoughtfully made sure we were comfortable and had a place to sit and rest.
I truly appreciate Hailey’s patience, kindness, and dedication. She made us feel genuinely cared for and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you so much, Hailey, for the exceptional service!”
