I had an exceptional experience at Comor in North Vancouver! The staff were incredibly helpful when I was selecting my backcountry skis. Even when a binding issue arose, they efficiently handled the warranty process and installed a temporary binding at no cost, ensuring I could continue enjoying my skis. Their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction deserve a glowing review. Highly recommended!

Plenty of gear selection and great staff! Reid had great suggestions about snow helmets and pulled different styles to try. He was really knowledgeable about different styles and we ended up finding the perfect helmet! Really great place to go for your sporting needs.

A huge thank you to Sierra who was a wonderful help to me today at the N. Van store. I went in looking for a ski helmet and walked out smiling, helmet in hand. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made my shopping experience really enjoyable and I walked out confident I'd made a well informed decision. The other sales reps in the store were also very friendly. This is the level of service all stores should strive to provide.

I have been here a few times in the past year and each time the service has been outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable staff. Even with a busy store, they know how to help multiple customers simultaneously which is something other stores struggle with.In particular, Sunny went above and beyond what I could have hoped for with his advice, patience and flexibility in helping me get a new mountain bike.Will defs be going back there for future purchases. They have the best gear/brands and best service. Thanks Comor and Sunny!

Just the nicest and most knowledgeable bike shop you could wish for! I've been saving up for something special and was worried about making the right choice, but they patiently helped me work through all my concerns. You really don't get service like that hardly anywhere these days.

Two absolutely horrible experiences with this store. I really wouldn't recommend going if you are looking for customer service, if you know what you want, go in and buy it, otherwise avoid this store.My first experience: I had ordered a pair of snowboard boots from them. They were in Whistler so they had to transfer them to the store. I called them and they told me "come by on Monday to pick them up". Monday comes around, I drive 30 minutes to get there, ask to pick up my boots, and they tell me they don't have them. I explain that I called and was told to come in on Monday to pick them up, and they simply said there wasn't anything they could do. Drove another 30 minutes home, only to have them call me the next day telling me they arrived.My second experience: I was snowboarding in Whistler and was tightening the boa on my boots when it snapped. I first called Comor Whistler - they told me they have two guys who are proficient in fixing these but they aren't in today. I asked to drop them off, which they said that's totally fine, but after mentioning where I live they told me to call the North Van location and ask to bring them there since it's closer to where I live.I call in and explain that the boa broke, and asked if I could bring it in. "Yes, sure, bring them in anytime and we will fix them no problem." is what they told me. Once again, I make the 30 minute drive out there, walk in, and they "sorry we don't have the parts to fix this. you have to contact boa to get it fixed." I try explaining to the manager that I was told to bring them in, but they just kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I told her I called Whistler Comor and they told me to bring it here and she just said "that's stupid"...

Had a great experience at this location thanks to Duncan. He spent over an hour with me, helping me find the right ski boots for some issues I was having. I returned and got again exceptional service from Duncan. Super knowledgeable, experienced and helpful!

I bought a jacket from this store. Order ‘S’ size and then they cancelled my order stating website haven’t got updated properly. We agreed to get M size jacket. That was a defect product. I called them multiple times and sent emails to their customer service.After all I received this following response from one of the service agent.“” probably just got a bit crooked from shipping, which can be fixed by just wearing it “”Asked them to provide assurance on this statement. What if doesn’t work. I paid more than 200$ for this jacket and this shop asking to adjust with what I had received.Worst service ever!!!Even Manager wasn’t responsive. Would be raising Consumer complaint on this issue. Forcing customers to buy on what they send.This is what I got as their response.The statement quoted in your “”message is not a guarantee but merely speculation based on your description of the alleged issue””Never ever buy the product online from this store. Sad to see a lot of people posted bad reviews already.
