I have been bringing my various cars to Jason and the rest of the guys at esplanade for around 5 years. They are always great about calling me to ensure that I have a full understanding of the work required and an exact cost before getting started. They have always impressed!

A++++I am really fortunate to have found these guys at Esplanade Auto House! They take excellent care of my Volkswagen Golf and their customer service is second to none.Jason, who manages the service centre, is super friendly and great to work with, always really professional and eager to help me out -- I've never seen Jason when he's not smiling and laughing!Otto is my mechanic and this guy knows his stuff super well. He is a no-nonsense guy who is honest and upfront about what's going on with my car and what is required to get it back on the road -- he is a rock star!The hourly shop rate is very good indeed considering the remarkable level of service I always receive, and they guarantee their work which gives me peace of mind.I am so thrilled to have found this shop and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, no fuss, professional, full-service garage with excellent customer service!

I was recommended to Esplanade Auto House by a friend of my mother's who owns a few older Bimmers. I have a 2001 325i and had it towed to their shop (the fan blades had done some extensive damage under the hood to the point where the car wasn't drivable).As soon as I arrived I felt right at home and they went straight to work and had my car running again within days. Nothing was ever pushed or rushed and they ensured all of my questions were answered before proceeding with repairs. Every last detail was meticulously looked over from any prior work that was done to any additional work I had to consider.The guys at Esplanade Auto are not only professional; they're also down to earth and genuinely care about their customers--from Jason at the desk to the guys in the shop. They're a great team and you can tell they share an ardent passion for cars and know what they're doing (especially when it comes to German cars).As much as I hope to never see my car need another repair, I know exactly where to take it if anything needs to be done. These guys are the most professional shop I have ever dealt with. They don't waste your money or time. They are always willing to help solve even the smallest of issues with your vehicle.They have given me advice and looked over my truck at no charge, just trying to help me out.I always get absolute professionalism and second to none customer service.Great bunch of guys to deal with....
