Super rude asian staff. Shout at me and my little brother for trying the neck warmer and choose the other design said it was dirty and they didn’t have the cleaning policy???????I was completely terrified after that.Some other places have signs like no touching or something but this is a clothing and equipment store how can we purchase them without trying and how do we know which one suits us best by just taking a look.?However, I came back like 2hrs later cus my brother need some equipments and the other staffs were very helpful and friendly.

I have a very bad experience with the outfit store on Grouse Mountain.with the premium price paid for the items in the store, I assumed products will be the top of the quality and customer service. But I was total wrong. I purchased a pants for almost $400 from the store Saturday night, and Sunday morning I found there is a three inches long rip and I came back to the store to see if they can give me a replacement or at least fix it for me( I was not sure if the rip was there before I purchased it), after the store supervisor communicated with his manager, he came back to me said they cannot do anything about it. And he said it is “wear and tear”. I will not purchase anything from this store anymore.

Great clothing/outfitters store ?. Also has great gift items. The store is well lit and clean. The ambiance is great and it’s in the lodge on top of Grouse mountain. I bought a t-shirt here confirming that I completed the Grouse Grind.

My first time for like after 10 years again. I love it, because I made it again to the top. Definitely it will benefits your health. I was sweating so much that's makes me feel better. If you're a first timer just take your time and enjoy the hiking.

Grouse Mountain is great, the hike was a challenge, and the food at the Bistro was really good.NOTE: You need a mask to ride the gondola down. Mandatory. Outfitters sells them but they are branded, the ear loops are not elastic, and for $20 you get.... one. #pricegouging

I had a great experience at Grouse Mountain Outfitters Sep. 22nd when the well informed fella behind the counter bought my snacks when my phone app (Google pay) wasn't able to process it. I had originally stopped in the store to ask about hiking one of the trails in the back country, Little Goat, and decided to pick up some extras supplies for the hike. That little stop in made my day.
