It's a grocery store that has a good variety of foods and brands. However, prices are higher than other similar stores, and some fresh items are not fresh at all. Lately, some IGA stores are supposed to be parte of the loyalty program SCENE + but many stores (for instance the store in North Vancouver, Esplanade) do not participate... In conclusion, you cannot trust them!

The pros: convenient location for Lolo. That’s it.The cons: Overpriced on almost everything. “Sales” are a joke (eg. Ms Vickies on sale was 2 for $11 lol!). IGA has no rewards points system for any chance of extra savings. Produce and meats section is very ordinary.Bottom line: Basically every other main grocery chain will give you a better experience, better products, and for cheaper than here. Sales should save you money, not rip you off.

Very conveniently located. Best for fresh soups and Indian Saag panned and basmati rice. You can eat in their eating area!
