The last time I serviced my 2014 XC70 they did not do everything I asked for. They did not service the rear tail gate. I also asked them about a noise which sounded like the power steering. A couple of months later the power steering failed. I tried to make an appointment for service but the earliest was weeks away. So I called Morrey Volvo. They got me an appointment in two days. I had the car towed there. They fixed the power steering and the tail gate. The car was ready the next day. I am now taking the Volvo for service to Morrey. They get me in right away and do the service I ask for, even in the middle of a renovation. Volvo of North Vancouver used to be like this when they were in the auto mall. I will not be returning to Volvo of North Vancouver.

From the first time walking into JP Volvo North Vancouver Savanah P. was a fantastic asset d salesperson to work with. She has an incredible depth of knowledge about the vehicles, finding answers to questions we had, to trying to find the right inventory for our needs and budget.We ended up with a great XC90 to replace our XC60. The family and I are very happy with the care and level of detail Savanah and the JP Volvo of North Vancouver team provided us to come to the right decision for us.Our new Swedish tank has already become a family favorite.Thanks Savanah!Jason, Erin and family

I went there to check up CX-90. Sadly, the sales person was rude and unprofessional. She just knew to say loud I’m sorry. I’m sorry. What the hell is this? I thought they are professional. I don’t recommend this dealership at all.

Worst customer service you can ever come across. They are ALWAYS available when they want to take your money. Otherwise, good luck getting a hold of them. Their so called team of professionals does not have any experience in using the phone as they tend to not be available or give you a call back. I have now tried for the 7th day in a row calling them, leaving messages and talking to receptionists who hang up the phone on you. On top of that, Volvo cars have become extremely low quality. In my four years of ownership, I have had to take into service for various mechanical and other reasons many many times. Avoid if you don't want to have the extra headache.

I've purchased 5 Volvos in the past 10 years and to be fair, many of the Volvo dealerships, from coast to coast, aren't fantastic for a luxury brand. But with that said, this place is by far the worst of all. I had a number of issues relating to service at this place, they just can't seem to get it right. When the morrey volvo dealer in Burnaby opened I started going there instead and have found them to he considerably better.4.5 on google? Doubtful, must be some filler reviews added in there. This place is a 2.5/5 at best.

Have brought my vehicles here for years, unfortunately the shuttle never seemed to arrive and I wasn't able to get a time for it's arrival...ended up having to get an Uber. Went to pick up up the car, paid for servicing and after 15 minutes the car showed up unwashed... disappointed

Savanah and the team at Jim Pattinson Volvo Cars North Vancouver were extremely helpful from the first test drive to the purchase of our used electric vehicle. A few months after purchase we needed additional information in dealing with ICBC and Savanah went above and beyond in gathering this for us.

Won’t recommend this service as they charged me more than they say at the beginning. When I was making an appointment it was 248 for an oil change. When I received the car and invoice they charged 344 without asking me about the price change.Did the same oil change service at other Volvo service half a year ago on Cambie and the price was exactly as they promised.Do not recommend this service:(

I felt like i was scammed or they just didnt care that i was getting a vehicle from them throwing money just like that.I felt that i paid more than what the car cost.It was a lesson learned and will never trust this dealership to anyone. They promised me that they would fill up my gas but went there and saw the gas was down to a quarter. Car was not clean when i picked it up. Tire was flat and i had to change the tire valve stem. I returned the car and hoping that they would fix the clutch that was making the noise but when i got it back from them it still has the same issue.I dont need anything from volvo i just thought id share my experience since its been a while back when i got the car and somehow my review from here was deleted.I dont normally make rants like this but i just really cant let something like this to happen to anyone.

Mehran lied on Facebook, advertised a Venza without a dealer number while pretending to be a private seller, I tried to make an offer then he blocked me. A business promoting such practices should re-evaluate its values.

I went for a drive testing, and the guy I who I was in contact was off on that day. So, a lady showed me the car. Each question I asked her, she answered with an exclamation mark!! Like I should have been a car expert and not requested from her! I also asked several times how long I had for the driving test, and she said, whatever you like!! So, I drove for about an hour to experience all the features and qualities, But they called me to ask why I was not back.And the worst thing that happened was the email they sent me, which was so disrespectful because I said I don’t want to spend a hundred thousand for a car which has 40,000 km on it!!!I am really sorry for a luxury brand without luxury customer service!

The service department at Jim Pattinson Volvo is fantastic, especially Nick! They’d re professional, polite and take a genuine interest in providing good customer service. They’ve always taken good care of my XC90 every time I bring it in for servicing. I would highly recommend them for any service needs!

They sold me a FWD vehicle assuring me it was AWD (it was also priced like an AWD). I was very nervous because it was my first time buying a vehicle by myself and I didn't double check on the paperwork. I never leave bad reviews but I really feel like they took advantage of me when I thought I could trust them. Now I'm trying to sell that vehicle which is been very challenging as nobody drives a FWD where I live. Anyways, terrible experience.

I had a great experience dealing with the service team. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They worked on my vehicle in a timely manner and managed to answer all my questions. I highly recommend giving them a visit!
