I had a great experience at Mark’s Warehouse thanks to Marlon, one of the floor workers. From the moment I walked in, he was approachable and genuinely eager to help. I was having trouble finding the right size and style for work pants, and Marlon took the time to ask what kind of work I do, what fit I prefer, and even what issues I’ve had with other brands in the past.
He walked me over, suggested a few options based on durability and comfort, and checked the back for my size when it wasn’t on the rack. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was. Thanks to Marlon, I left the store confident in my purchase and feeling like I’d actually been listened to. Customer service like that is rare, and he’s a real asset to the team at Mark’s Warehouse.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mark's. The staff pressured me into buying a more expensive pair of Helly Hansen Workwear boots by promising a one-year warranty. However, when the boots developed a defect, the store refused to honor the warranty. The store manager, Ms. Simran, was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This lack of accountability and their dishonest sales tactics are totally unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend shopping here.

Extremely impressed with the selection, prices and especially the service at this location. I need to make special mention of a young man who was thoroughly professional and accidentally helpful, named Matthew. He took the time to carefully walk through the process of getting the maximum benefits in terms of points and bonuses afforded by proper use of the Triangle account and app. He managed two complex transactions with ease and expertise. He knew the app and POS systems inside-out and made everything a breeze. I saw him patiently deal and politely deal with customers in line before me as well. Everything was flawlessly executed, making signing up for the store credit card an inevitable part of the transaction. He's a good, smooth no-pressure salesman who deserves a pat on the back. Management should do whatever they can to keep him.

I recently visited Mark’s and had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Matheo. He was completely inattentive to customers and displayed disrespectful behavior, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. His lack of professionalism and commitment is disappointing and does not reflect the standards I expect from Mark’s. I truly hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service.
