Upon the ad. for 60% off, I went to buy some scrubs. After spending 45 minutes chosing and trying, I decided to buy a pair. Unfortunately, I was told they are Not on sale despite the sign.
When I asked for being shown which section is on sale Mimi the cashier didn't even bother to show it to me.
After I decided not to buy them _ as they were Not on sale despite the sign_ she became very rude, throwing the scrubs to the back as if it was my fault if the section was not signed clearly.
Over all my shopping experience was not good due to unfriendly and rude cashier and lack of proper info for the customers

I went to Mark’s today looking for a Carhartt vest, and Ava was honestly kind and helpful. I called her while she was busy organizing clothes, but she still took the time to answer me with a warm attitude. She made me feel comfortable asking my question, and that little kindness really stood out.
Sometimes when you ask questions in stores, some employees make you feel like you’re bothering them but Ava showed what great customer service really looks like and I’m sure this warmth comes from being raised in a rich and beautiful culture.
Thank you Ava 🩷 you made my visit so much nicer!

Refused to warranty a pair of Carhartt shorts purchased at this store with a receipt, first it was because it was “outside the 100 day period”, and then when they were told that Carhartt has a lifetime warranty on their products, they claimed that a splitting seam was “wear and tear” on a pair of shorts less that 6 months old. 25% off a purchase of another pair of shorts was their vain attempt to turn a return into a sale. Not happening.
Do not expect any manufacturer warranty policy to be honoured if you buy from Mark’s.
Store owner: don’t even bother replying, until you change your internal warranty policy, or fully refund my purchase, I don’t want to hear your excuses. Useless.

I visited the store because the socks I purchased are of very poor quality. They turned my feet black and are completely covered in lint. All stores are normally responsible for the quality of their products, but unfortunately, this is the first store that has not taken responsibility for such an issue.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. While one of the employees was on the phone addressing a customer issue when I went to the cashier desk, she kindly took time to acknowledge me (I was returning an item) & let me know she would be with me shortly. She was prompt & attentive & I appreciated her taking the time to acknowledge me. Other staff too were so upbeat & positive. Also, the prices were excellent. It has been some time since I shopped at Marks. But, given the professional customer service, reasonable prices, choice & fair quality, I will be sure to shop there more regularly.

I was here to buy clothes for a new job and I wasn’t sure what I needed. Fortunately for me I had help from Marcus. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also went out of his way to ensure that I found exactly what I needed. Amazing service.
