I have had two bad experiences in a row at Marks, both times attributable to very poor communication skills by staff who are basically almost hostile to customers. I came in intending to use the $30 coupon I received on account of a prior purchase. While we arrived close to closing time, it wasn't closing time yet and we made it there before the store's published closing time of 6 p.m. We were rudely turned away. My question as to what I could do with the coupon since it expired that day were met with a rude "we are closed". When I said it wasn't six o'clock yet I was again met with a "we are closed". When I asked whether I might be able to use the coupon online I was told "we are closed". This is the second bad experience I have had in a row with this operation. Best $30 coupon I ever received because now I know not to come back and waste my money here.

I am not reviewing this location but Mark's ONLINE. I bought a pair of shoes that I had to exchange for a different size. So far so good, Mark's even refunded the $ 8.00 freight. Next I printed the return instructions which clearly say , " due to cleaning procedures we are experiencing delays, processing may take UPTO 10 business days"On Oct 6th , the 14th business day, after Can Post delivered my return, I phoned customer service and inquired about my refund.The answer I received was "It can take 30 days before processing your refund" When I protested and mentioned the "10 days" in the return instructions. I was told "if that's true can you email us a copy because that is "typing" mistake. Really, a typing mistake on a preprinted automated return form ??? The moral of the story : if you are looking for a refund in a hurry Mark's is NOT the place to shop!UPDATE: October 16.Called again today and was told it would be 30 BUSINESS days i.e. 6 weeks!! Think about it before you decide to do your Christmas shopping at Marks online.... 6 weeks for a refund! That is after I paid good money to express mail the parcel back to them.

I bought some sandals online but they were too big. I went down to the store with them and exchanged them quickly for a pair that fit.

Great experience at this Mark’s location. Clean, bright interior and everything is well-stocked. I was looking for women’s work gloves and hiking boots, and Brett gave an outstanding customer service. This will be our go-to Mark’s from now on!

Women’s work wear section is pitiful, 2 styles of pants (one of them being stretchy pants) with nothing smaller than an 8. Fortunately they did have some women’s work gloves. The staff are nice & friendly.

Very helpful staff, absolute great customer service: bought a pair of timberland waterproof work boots like 2 and half months prior using ‘em, turned out to be defective (water leaking in ) after a couple of uses and the guys were able to credit me the whole amount I paid for them; this way I could get a new pairRecommended for all your work wear needs hands down
