I’ve had a consistently good experience at this pharmacy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions about prescriptions or over-the-counter medications. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually well-stocked with essentials.

I had a great experience with this pharmacy .Nadia’s follow-up was exceptional, ensuring all details were taken care of. Being bilingual, they effectively communicated with my family, which was a huge help during a time when I couldn’t be there for them. They could speak Persian (Farsi) as well. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Northmount Pharmacy for many, many years. So much so - that when I arrive there - they all know me by name. I would never ever go anywhere else - as they are the most professional and courteous staff that you could ever come across. Their explanations of what one prescription may do - and the possibility of any interactions with another one that you are already using, is so very knowledgeable and important. Sometimes, I feel you get more information from these pharmacists than some doctors. I hope their pharmacy will be around for a long, long time. Experts in their field - for sure !! 10 out of 10 stars if I that were possible.

They gave me the Wrongggg medicine even though I clearly told their pharmacies which item in my last prescription I need, and when I went back and talked to management she asked me for proof and they even didn’t give me the money back which was about $100 !!!!!

The pharmacist made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed the transaction unlike other compound pharmacies near by. Decided to try this place because I had a bad experience at the one a few blocks down. It was quick and she also asked me questions which made me feel important. Thank you

I don't trust this pharmacy. I ordered prescription ointment.However they did not make properly. The ointment they made was like made from flour. Everytimes I put on skin it turned out color like white power and it did work at all.so I talked about it to Dr and he prescribed same prescription again. This time I went to north view pharmacy and they made right ointment.After put on new prescribed ointment nothing left on the skin and worked good.Why?? Same prescription with same amont of ointment with totally different result?I complaind to the northmount pharmacy about strange ointment they made.I showed both ointment andthey excused that the ointment they made maybe powder didn't melt properly.This pharmacy wasted my time and money and energy...They don't know what they are doing there...I will never go back again and never recommend anybody to go this pharmacy...
