Park and Tilford is a great local little shopping complex that has been around a long time. The calm clean location is not over crowded and has plenty of parking. Selection of items is okay but definitely better than downtown and dollar store winners shoppers drug mart stores. Service is friendlier than the Pemberton location and staff is much nicer. Prices is reasonable for fresh food and the new Winners Grand Opening adds excitement but better deals hoping. The complex remains nostalgic for movie theatre.
