I was in the store getting food for my dog that struggles with many different things and Ben, the employee there, was able to direct me to the perfect food for my sick and old dog. The food no longer makes my dog sick and he has way more energy now. Ben was sweet and very informative. He knew exactly what he was talking about the food. He was able to tell me the positives and negatives for each and every food for fussy dogs. I thank Ben for helping my dog who will now be able to go on walks with us like he always wanted to but couldn’t. Overall it is a great store who educates their employees so they know exactly how to deal with the requests from customers.

Spectacular! Everyone is so friendly and genuinely helpful. The store is clean and well organized. My dog loves the products I bring home. And the location is easy.Thank you Taylor, Ben and Zachary for making a great first impression!!

One of North Shore’s best in my opinion. Lots of product options and super helpful and friendly staff. Julie gave me a great rundown of kitten food, and got us off on the right track to having a cat! A+

We love this store and keep recommending it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are awesome, great for me picking stuff up in the evening. They keep good stock, and will order things in for you if you need. The prices are pretty reasonable.
