I've never had such an awesome experience at any RBC branch before, and honestly, I wasn't using RBC much as my main bank for savings and investments. I was really stressed out since I needed to get a super important letter and was expecting issues with RBC. But this branch was different - their customer service is not like the others. Adrian was super helpful and really took the time to make sure I got exactly the document I needed. Thinking of making RBC my main go-to bank again!

Unjustifiably poor experience.In short: RBC is unable to offer competent service on their own products.The teller was very pleasant and eager to assist with my issue, which was appreciated, however neither the branch nor RBC has been able to rectify an issue they caused.I'd applied for and received a US Dollar Visa card. Upon receiving the card it did not appear in my online banking nor the mobile app, however it worked just fine. A month passes, and numerous calls with RBC I was sent to a dead end: when calling in I was told I had to go to a branch, then when in the branch the Assistant Manager tells me the Credit card was opened under my old central RBC account (which has been inactive for 7+ years since moving away from Ontario). His immediate response was that I applied for the card using my central account, which is false - I haven't even thought about nor logged into that account in 7+ years.As there are no active accounts under my Central client number I am unable to make a payment to the credit card via online banking - when asked if they could move the credit card over to my western account to enable payment I'm told "this is impossible, you'll have to close it and reapply using your western account" however I cannot close it as I cannot pay it, additionally I DID apply for this card using my western account - why would I foolishly do this again and expect a different result?This issue persists, I'm unable to pay the card, the bank themselves are unable to pay the card using my accounts and I continue to not even be able to see it within my online banking. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service from RBC.

**** BEWARE OF THE RBC AT EDGEMONT VILLAGE ****I went there yesterday to deposit a cash amount $3,150 just after 5:00 pm. The teller was RUDE. He took my money, counted it, and announced a number that was over $1,000 less than what I handed to him. I said to him, "That's not the amount I get." He recounted it and this time announced the correct amount. Imagine if I had been older, sick, or somewhat incapacitated. He would have been responsible for over $1,000 of my money disintegrating into thin air. To add insult to injury, he didn't apologize. He should be fired, and I will do my utmost to ensure that he is fired.Worse, last week, my boyfriend attempted to withdraw $1000 - from this exact same bank's ATM. He told me that the ATM generated a message stating there were no $100 bills left and instead gave him $50 bills, for which he received a receipt with a deduction of $1000. But, when he handed it to me, we discovered there were only 18 $50 bills or $900.His daily limit is only $1000.The following day, he again tried to withdraw $1000. He received no money, but a receipt showing a deduction of $1000 spewed out of the ATM machine. Then he tried it again, and it spewed out $1000 in cash, with another receipt for $1000 deducted from his bank account. So he had to go in to see the manager and inquire about $1000 + $100 that was deducted from his account by the ATM at the Edgemont Village RBC for which he received NO MONEY.How is embezzlement spelled?

Terrible experience. Wanted to literally exchange money ($50 bill for a role of twonies). We don’t do that kind of business! Sorry last time I checked you are a freaking bank. ??♀️

This bank branch is absolutely terrible as far as customer service and wait times. This is a huge community and the wait times are between 30 min to 45 min for a simple transaction. They have one or two tellers and no help from a manager. People are forced to stand in long lines and it is incredibly frustrating. RBC corporate management needs to take this seriously and fix this problem by getting more people or scheduling tellers in a better way. Very disappointed.

I've always had really great care when I visit this branch. Paola helped me set up my RESPs for both of my sons and she was really kind and detail oriented. Lukas helped today and was also really helpful. Every time I come in to this branch the staff are friendly and do a great job.

I've been banking with D'Arcy for sometime on this branch, she's put me in charge with so many great contacts who helped my diverse banking needs, she's also a great expert in investments, mutual funds and stocks, I definitely recommend her Service to any family / friends.
