They are very abrupt and abrasive. Un friendly and standoffs. Tried returning some excess materials that I purchased at this location to be turned away as if they didn't care why when or where but they were going to make it impossible to get my money back no matter how many times I tried to meet their requirements. I won't give them my bussiness ever again. REGAURDLESS OF THE ADDED TRAVEL I TAKE MY NEED AND MY MONEY TO WHERE ITS APRECIATED AND EARNED. WISHBCOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION TOO BAD!!

Horrible costumer service.I bought a laser measuring device rated 3000 measurements with 2 AA batteries. Realized it doesn’t measure more than 100. Upon requesting return they said “they don’t accept open boxes” I said really. How would I have known that this device is faulty. I asked manager to understand my frustration. Also manager insisted no return on the box open. After demanding my money back more than 15 minutes they accepted to give me a return. But cashier lost my invoice. Saying we can’t accept it without invoice. Then I demand to go trough security camera. Where I handed the receipt when I entered the store. It’s horrible to shop here. I mean the managers and the management and filthy washroom and dark store. Don’t deserve to serve Canadians

Been to Rona many times over the years. Great service and friendly, helpful staff. They often have whatever I am looking for. Today it was paint. The gentleman who helped us, matched the paint to a sample we brought in. Great job!

The 3rd street store gets 5 stars for answering phone and answering my question. The 1st street store it was impossible to reach anyone to ask a quick question. Off to rona on 3rd tomorrow.

The staff at RONA Park & Tilford are so helpful and kind! We come to this location often for lots of different reasons and each time we've been met with curiosity, solutions and all around great service. More recently, George and the team in appliances helped us with a recent fridge purchase and it was a great experience. Thanks everyone!

Went to buy several interior doors, hardware, paint and a few other items. Was not impressed with a couple things, first the ladies washroom smells like raw sewage. It was absolutely disgusting, second we couldn't find a proper cart to load the doors on. It seemed all the ones we needed had stock on them scattered around the store but no free ones. I stopped at the Pro service desk just before you go into the lumber area to ask for help and the young fellow was absolutely useless. Not really rude but not wanting to lift a finger to help. He said they were usually in the lumber yard, but when I said there were none there he said well customers leave them all over. My take away was go walk around the store or parking lot until you find one, instead of hey, let me help you find one. We were planning on spending over a thousand dollars so why would we expect any assistance, right? We wandered around and finally found one with a few items of store stock on it, so we took that off to load the doors. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there wasn't one on site so opted to keep shopping instead of pursuing the matter. I spotted the same fellow along with several other staff standing around the area by the exit a short time later and he jumped at the chance to help then, but way too late. I believe he only did that because other staff were observing him. One other fellow followed us from that area, most likely because he knew I was not impressed with the lack of customer service and offered help but again too late. The only decent customer service we got was completely due to Kate in the paint area. She was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Exactly what a customer expects from staff working at a hardware supply store.One lost star for not having available lumber cartsOne lost star for a washroom that smelled disgustingOne lost star for the lack of customer assistance when asking for helpOne lost star for me overhearing the male staff member who refused to help saying to another staff member that there will most likely be a complaint filed against him and them laughing it off.

Last saturday night i had the opportunity to visit this establishment to acquire some soil. I would like to recommend visiting during nighttime hours, as the absence of crowds creates an ideal shopping experience. In addition to this, I want to express my appreciation towards the two teen agers cashiers on duty during my visit, as their customer service was exceptional. Despite not being able to recall their names, their warm smiles and willingness to assist me with carrying bags to my vehicle left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this establishment during nighttime hours.

Bought a midea portable AC unit. installed it and it was busted. makes a horrible rattling noise. RONA will have nothing to do with a "used" AC unit and are referring us to the manufacturer. Avoid purchasing anything from this dump at all cost, seriously, you sell broken things and then leave your customers hanging. and good luck getting through on the phone. no one answers. DO NOT SUPPORT RONA.

Friendly customer service, well stocked lumber yard. Minus one star, because I asked for 4x6” cuts. First time didn’t go so well, all pieces were different lengths. Second pass through the saw almost got it right… Should’ve known better and buy a table saw right away to cut myself.

tried never to buy again from here, tried on line and AC wheels broken . .have to deliver either back to puralator or near by store..no option to ask fot 2 castors..i am handicapped this will be hell... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
