Really like running room clothing but it looks like they're using their testing treadmill as a shelf for mannequin storage so I wouldn't reccomend going unless you know exactly what you're looking for.

Great service and knowledgeable about shoes and athletic wear: it’s great to go to a smaller store where the staff actually pay attention to you and your needs. Dollar value is good too.

I've been there twice and they have been extremely helpful in finding the right shoes for my requirements. Their advice is more focused on the right shoes for me rather than making a quick sale.

Incredible service at Running room. They took back my 45 days old shoes due to pain they were giving to my shins 5km into runs. Fantastic store and service and overall company.

Staff are very knowledgeable and will spend the time helping you find the perfect running shoe for you. I have for many years and will continue to buy all my shoes from Running Room because of the fantastic customer service.

I just visited this Running Room location for the first and last time. The customer service was appalling. I have been struggling with knee pain for a few weeks now and went to purchase the Brook's Ariel 20 for this purpose. The Running Room website states that they have my potential sizes in stock. I entered the store and was looking at the shoe wall when one of the staff said in a snippy tone, "There are ALREADY people sitting there." At first I didn't even realize she was speaking to me, because she didn't make it clear she was addressing me. She wasn't even within my peripheral line of vision. When I did realize it, I was initially confused because I didn't want to sit down, only look at the shoes. The way she said it, you would've thought I wanted to sit on top of the people seated. Then it occurred to me she was implying I was too close to them. I take Covid safety protocol very seriously, but I don't appreciate when directions are unclear, indirect and delivered in a disrespectful manner.I quickly moved away and just waited, not sure what to do. Another staff member came along, who seemed nice, asked me if I needed help. I informed her that the website said their location had the Brook's Ariel 20 in stock. Without checking, she said she believed they used to have it, but not anymore and it's only available online now. She was apologetic but sounded rather uncertain. I left and called the Burnaby location, who were pleasant and extremely willing to look into it for me. They advised me that they did indeed have my sizes in stock as per the website. This makes me think that the North Van location had them in stock too-- they just couldn't be bothered to check. Well, they lost a couple hundred dollars in sales today. Headed to the Burnaby location now.

Very friendly service! We were here repurchasing a pair of running shoes that my partner has worn for many, many years. The person who helped us went above and beyond to help him refit and try on the same size he’s worn for years and a size up to see how it was now fitting on him. One size happened to be on the mannequin and he went to take them off of the mannequin for him to try on. It ended up not being the size he ended up going with but we appreciate his attentiveness and friendliness during our time there.
