I came to cut my ends, all the guys were serving clients and were busy with the exception of one man who also works in this salon, he said that he was waiting for a client who should come in five minutes and cannot receive me, but passing by 20 minutes later I saw how this worker was sitting in a work chair and no one came to him))) it’s a pity that in this salon, among all the friendly employees, there is only one who works I immediately conveyed by his appearance that he did not want to help me…

I had an excellent first experience and cut with Jonah. It can be nerve wracking going to a new stylist for the first time, and Jonah did a fantastic job and made me feel empowered with what I desired from my cut!He understood my hair and talked me through some of the science of hair and its behaviour. He knows what he is doing so well.Absolutely will be back again, and again. Thank you Jonah.

Jonah has cut and styled my hair for about 15 years. I'm a 69 year female with fine, wavy hair (you can do the math on how many stylist I've seen!). He is, hands down, the most creative and skilled stylist that I have experienced. He listens carefully to my hair wish list and does a suberb job of delivery. When friends and family members complement my hair, I enthusiatically refer them to Jonah. Without exception, they have become loyal, repeat clients.

I usually go for myself, and I have always been very satisfied with my hair highlighting. I trust him. I brought my 14 yo boys who was unsure about his haircut. I was really great with him. he took the time to listen to him and discussed options, even thought him how to style his hair. Great experience;

I love Jonah. He not only listens to what I ask, he also explains how my hair will behave and why. And if I want it that way, what I need to do to achieve that. He’s also a great person who you can have a real conversation with.

I saw Jonah and asked for my ombré to be brightened up. He ended up doing multiple highlights that were gold/brassy in colour and started about 2 inches from my root without any blending or taking down. I even had to request he blend the highlights framing my face. Time was around 4 hours. He was receptive to feedback and agreed to fix his mistakes at no cost 2 days after. The repair was better but i still has to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed.Service: Hair coloring

The best haircut experience of my life, hands down. Jonah was incredibly perceptive when it came to figuring out how to approach fixing a haircut I got somewhere else, and salvaged what I thought unsalvageable with extreme confidence and skill. He was the easiest barber, and just person, to talk to about anything. I learnt so much about how the minor gradient changes in head shape can affect the look and even execution of a haircut, how boar bristle brushes are so valuable for maintaining a uniform spread of natural hair oils, and so much more. I got more than just a haircut, my eyes were opened to a whole world of knowledge when it comes to the health and look of my hair, and I'm so glad I checked out ScissorHex. You can talk to him about anything, he's an incredibly skilled and professional, yet fun and friendly person to be around, and I strongly recommend you all let him do his magic for you.
