Usually come here because I lost my debit card or something simple. Park underground because street parking is very limited especially during busy times like lunch and breakfast. Staff are quite nice, also Scotiabank branch cannot help with online banking issues so don't be upset when they say they can't help

I asked the teller to make a transaction, and she pulled it from the wrong account, resulting in multiple phone calls, multiple visits to the branch, and then it impacting my credit rating, again resulting in further phone calls and visits to the branch. Apologies don't really help in this situation given the time wasted for such a simple task and the impact to my credit score.

Bad location. Parking is a nightmare! One way street with hardly anywhere to park legally. Staff are friendly although I think they could do more to help. I’ve never had so many problems with my physical banking card then this bank. I honestly choose the bigger location on Lonsdale… At least there’s dedicated underground parking for customers!

The call center of Scotia bank never answers!!!! I wasted 2 hour and 30 min today waiting for them. And I visited this branch, but they said they couldn't do anything at the branch according this issue.
