“We used Kavco for short-term storage of our art, antiques, china & crystal, and out-of-season items when we first moved to Vancouver. The locker was great, as it came with built-in shelving for all our "stuff." I had no qualms about storing these high-value items, as the facility felt very secure. Be forewarned that there isn't an elevator, so you'll need a first floor locker for that upright piano. Also, the facility is closed Sunday and open only until 2:00 PM on Saturday. If we still lived in North Vancouver, I'd still be using Kavco.”
“Tasniya has been very helpful to us and explains everything clearly during lease renewals and our visits!
The facility has always been so clean and easily accessible.”

“I've used a few storage lockers in my day in this place was probably the best. A lot of places can be smelly and moldy. This place was as clean as could be. Everything was dry I didn't have to worry about my stuff getting moldy and wrecked afterwards. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Maria just happened to be there on every single day I showed up and she was amazing. Very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable. No games at all. The price was what they said. They gave clear receipts and guidance. They gave refund for the fob on the last day of rental. You just couldn't ask for a better experience. And you couldn't ask for a better helper than Maria :)”
“The best on the Northshore! I’ve used there services, off and on, since 2012 - and I have never had a complaint, only praises! I appreciate the courtesy, especially.”
“Wonderful service! I easily booked online and was then contacted by email to set a time to meet up to get the lock, keys, and fob from Leili. She went above and beyond to meet and was very personable and professional. I feel very safe storing my belongings in the facility knowing all the security measures they have in place.”
“Ť
Lions Gate Mini storage is marvelous. Their hours of operation̈ were super convenient and after comparing,
We found their prices were actually lower than the competition. They have great monthly promotions too. We especially liked Carmen the receptionist who was truly knowledgeable plus she had a really cute and friendly Pug on their welcoming team. Two thumbs up for Lionsgate mini storage!”
“Econo Storage is great - no fuss, simple and amazing. We've had our locker for 5 years ans always dealt with Alex. Alex is super kind, nice, helpful and understanding (He's the guy on the videos with the amazing announcer voice). When we needed a temporary second storage late last year, he was on top of it and everything went seemlessly well. I've referred my brother and mother here and also have no complains.”
“Great storage facility with clean and secure units. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, and the hours are flexible for access.”

“This is inexpensive storage that operates 100% as advertised - they do not offer 24/7 access and do not charge 24/7 access pricing. They are incredibly responsive to requests to unlock doors and provide access. It is not fancy but if you need a clean, dry place to store your stuff, you can't beat these guys. Don't expect bells and/or whistles but you also won't be paying for them.”
“Service was great. It was a Saturday morning at the beginning of the month so there was a bit of a line for pickup, but I’d provided all my info in the app and things moved pretty quickly. Truck was in great shape and exactly what we needed. Drop off took about 5 minutes and the location has a conveniently close gas station to refill at before dropping off the rental. Overall excellent experience.”

“What an incredible team with Alihan and Stephen! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate so clearly - everything was explained and they answered all our questions! The building is secure, the storage unit is clean and doesn’t smell bad, which is a huge relief. Easy and clear booking process online. We’re happy to have our things stored here and will update this review after the month is up!”
