“I used this storage facility for 5ish years and my experience was good. Better pricing than others. My unit remained dry and the security is very good. Only encountered 2 hiccups when the elevator and door near my unit was unaccessible, would've appreciated a "heads-up" email as navigating another route through the building was a little frustrating. At the end of the day, would rent there again.”

“I have been using Mini Mall Storage for over 6 years, and I honestly have to say the facility is really nice, clean and secure. The storage environment is well controlled, as my belongings have not seemed to age a day, with even paper being keep in great condition. What really stands out though is service. Nahim, at the front desk, helped me remove my lock when I recently lost my keys, and had a ton of information on things like disposal options and the like. His helpful and positive attitude was really appreciated! Overall, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the place!”

“This is inexpensive storage that operates 100% as advertised - they do not offer 24/7 access and do not charge 24/7 access pricing. They are incredibly responsive to requests to unlock doors and provide access. It is not fancy but if you need a clean, dry place to store your stuff, you can't beat these guys. Don't expect bells and/or whistles but you also won't be paying for them.”

“This place is great. My in-laws have a locker here, and during a recent move, my mother-in-law was sweet enough to pick up bundles of boxes for me. Upon dropping them off, she always had a fun story to tell of her visit to the storage depot. She would smile as she relayed how nice the staff here are. They would carry the boxes to her car for her, give her a free roll of tape, and one time she took my kids and a staff member there asked if he could give the kids some bubbles to pop! After not having the same great experience at the location near me in Burnaby, I drove to this location and was able to experience the kind of customer service that seems to be lost these days. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a man who looked like the manager in his well dressed button up dress shirt and trousers. He immediately asked if there was anything he could help me with and got to work with my request himself right away. I was there to purchase some boxes, which he also helped carry to my car with a complimentary roll of tape. While I was paying for my purchase, my 3 young kids ran around in the big open space, laughing and giggling. Instead of showing annoyance to their high energetic, silly game, the manager laughed along with them. The drive from Burnaby was ?% worth it! Thank you ?”

“Hi, we need to move out of our house in Pemberton Heights before October 31st. To a storage. our contractor, Mr. Blake Burgon suggested that we should use your company to move and store our furniture as he had used your company himself and was very satisfied with your services. We must move out the furniture for the the contractor to start the renovation on November 1St. Could you please send me some information such as, if you have storages available to rent? How large? How much a month? Location? What kind of ventilation? Etc. Do you have movers? How many men? How much? Etc.? what kind of other services if any you provide? We have few memorable's that should be handled carefully. We also have a Sleep Country adjustable bed. Do you move this kind of bed or should I ask Sleep Country to send their own movers to move the bed? My phone number is 604-986-3765 Most of our stuff are professionally packed. The equipment is ready for me when I arrive, the cost is as quoted, the equipment is in good shape, the staff are very helpful, and the website technology/functionality for the contract is user friendly.
