The containers are beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and the entire facility is secure and very well positioned. We always feel completely comfortable leaving our belongings here.

Tyler (driver) arrivedon time as scheduled and took extra time to assess the cube landing area, ensuring it was safe and accessible , and level given our environment. Working with logistics (Marc) for extensions and pickup times were easy to coordinate and flexible. Marc responded to all my questions in a favourable manner everytime. I recommend Cube and will utilize their service in the future as needed. Thank you.”
“Been using their facilities since 2022 and I gotta say, very clean, professional folks working here. Never had an issue with the facilities nor storage unit. AC Climate Control, for Winter time it is heated so it can withstand evem if Vancouver ever hits -50C.
I have vinyl records and heat/cold sensitive stuff in there, so this is very ideal. Parking spaces are huge with large carts. Gotta sign in and sign out whenever you use the facility/elevators, so very secured.
Highly recommend.”

“Everything is done on web but if call for question they respond quickly nice service. They have like 3 locations may need to look are available units. I picked one near coal harbor. Located inside a parking structure so easy to drive very close to unit and move boxes. They also have cart available if needed. Look secure.”

“they are always helpful and kind. the facility is secure and clean and prices are fair. washrooms and access could use some help to be more dependable and functional, with renovation upgrades and basic conveniences to be more useful and comfortable. i edited the hours, however that is renters access to their units. office hours differ and info is on the photo attached.”

Instead of making it difficult, they were incredibly understanding, helped me sort out the order mistake, and didn't charge me a dime for the mix-up. Top-tier customer service and total professionalism. I will absolutely be bringing my car back here in a few weeks to get the right hitch installed. Highly recommend this crew!”
“Although I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment and had forgotten my phone at home (I was sure they had followed up), the staff were very kind and accommodating. My visitor, Sohini, in particular, was great, she offered an excellent deal on a bike rack, and they installed both the hitch and the rack. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and found their prices to be very competitive compared to other companies like Canadian Tire.”
