extremely rude and unprofessional staff. disrespectful and unknowledgeable. a middle aged man with a messy looking beard was the cashier at fault. perhaps try hiring competent people. shell customer service is a joke.

Another gas station that repeatedly refuses access to the washroom, claiming it’s “out of service.” The last time I was here, over a month ago they gave the exact same excuse. It’s hard to believe it’s still not fixed. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Not customer-friendly at all.

Awful place , if you are not a customer, even if you want to go to use washrooms firts and then shop something, you not allowed to ask for washrooms. Dumb way to treat a customers here , i beliefs Cuatomer service is overrated in this place o they never heard that word ever . Who knows .
