I assume it was the owner; he was super un helpful and told me that I hadn’t baught a scooter there as they haven’t sold them in over a year and I had to assure him I did buy my scooters there; I was seeking information on the warranty as when I purchased I was told there was a 2 year warranty, both scooter have stopped working within 3 months and I spent over a thousand dollars on them . I was told he would call me back with more information, I got some random kid on the phone talking to me like I’m d*** and started spitting off random stuff about section blank on my receipt states blank …. But gave me no actual help on how ti fix my scooter and just hung up .

Always some cool gadget at Showcase that you can't get anyplace else except TV advertisements. Staff are always willing to answer questions and very knowledgable about items they carry in store.

If Zero stars was an option!! Purchased an LOL toy for 21$ cashier tried to charge 40$, after corrected charges 20$. Found same item for 17$ at indigo, returned literally 14 minutes later. Was told it was final sale, although their receipt states clearance and door crasher items were final sale. I was told they wouldn't price match and I could return the following day if I wanted to speak to a manager. Shouldn't operate in a mall if this store can't operate like a retail store. Will never buy a single thing there ever again!

Bought a sequin cushion for my daughter...two hours later the stitching had opened up at one end. It was $30. They refused to accept responsibility for the faulty goods & referred me to the 'final sale' notice on the receipt. I would expect a firm to not accept a return in this case if we had simply changed our mind, but the item was clearly defective. Terrible customer service policy - BEWARE before you trust this company, you may have no comeback. They simply refused to deal with it!
