Estate department as well as other departments absolutely unprofessional in how they communicate to their customers, or lack of communication regarding important and timely matters. They ignore multiple emails asking for updated information pertaining matters that have been mismanaged by the TD Team. We've been waiting two months and counting for a resolution that should have been settled within 3 weeks.

I'm very surprised to see such a low rating of this TD branch. Employees are welcoming you with your 1st step into the bank. Gene Lin is very professional. Excellent customer service

This bank changes staff constantly. The loans service holds you hostage for 2 hours trying to force you into buying g mortgage insurance even if they know you can't afford it and it's not a good purchase for you. I live very close and had many accounts with TD for 40 years and because of dealing with this branch I'm now moving ALL my business away from TD. I tried to talk about my concerns nicely but the barely English speaking manager didn't care. This is primarily not a Canadian bank in both culture and language.

A big 'thank you' to Mahan at this TD Branch! I was warmly greeted by her as I approached the teller's counter which quickly put me at ease. I told her that I needed a bank draft and she may have sensed my anxious demeanor and made the whole exercise seamless with her super friendly service.

Dial the LynnValley branh direct phone number. Frustrated trying to speak to someone on the phone. Getting really peet-off that TD is holding my money from a bank draft deposit since July 28. Today is August 05, 2021.

Had a horrible experience todayBeing a td customer over a years never felt so much disappointedWent to this branch to get the statements for 12 monthsShe said they're 28 papers it'll take a while to print them.. Common you're not using ribbon printers, you're not in 1990sI even asked her if I could wait 1/2 hour to get them as they close at 6 she simply refused said 'it'll take so much time we've other clients to handle. I'll make it ready and give you a call when it's ready’, she doesn't have time thoughI felt embarrassed wanted to raised this issue with the senior official but I chose to leave the branch as I was bit frustrated.By looking at these negative reviews I’m not the only one that’s having problems with the staff at this branch they should be fired for unprofessional customer service.We as a customer pay hundreds of dollars in a fee not to be treated like this..
