I have stoped going to Td at this location for so awhile, we live 5 min away from this branch, what a shame! It's a total embarrassment for TD in this respectful neighbourhood to have a such low level of service, rude and incompetent.Each time I go, if I have to, there is some new faces. Today, the tellers manager, Pardis, jumped into my conversation with the teller who was doing her job, all at once without introducing herself, just "overhearing" our conversation, her attitude me very very upset. In such a position usually people have some sort of "people skills" and have trained to be respectful, even if can't make customers demand. She not only wasn't respectful, but made me so upset with her tone and her way of speaking. When I walked out, I had a feel of satisfactory again that I have never used TD as my primary investment banking. Just a few month ago I spoke to one of your advisor to transfer my investment from another institute toTd, and I got same low level of service from teller to advisor, same location.TD was my go to bank for many years, in the past few years, specifically this branch, I have been avoiding at all cost. Front line manager should lead by example as they are the face of any company and this woman should not be in this position. Td is a recognized financial bank, but missed big part of training front line service staff.

Poor customer service for my grandfather. The bank manager would not help him recover a faulty e-transfer and has now lost his business over it.

Been a client since this location was at Westview. I rarely go into this branch now as I live closer to the Park Royal branch. Ali helped us set up a new account today and was super helpful. However, the "Manager of Customer Experience" Cassie was horrible. Her conflict resolution skills are zero. There's two ways of delivering news that a client may not want to hear, one helps the client feel valued and accept policy, the other escalates the situation making the client not want to do business. Cassie style is the latter of the two. Needless to say we ended up going to Park Royal Wendy and Zari were so kind and explained everything in detail and addressed all our concerns.

It is hard to believe a "top 5 Canadian bank" can be so incompetent. I pick up my new Credit Card after being "validated" and use it. Then I try to access online, but cannot. I call the number as advised and am told it has not been "activated". But I have the card and have used it. No you cannot access online untill you go back to branch at my cost and time and "re-activate". I can use the card but cannot access it via online or phone banking untill I go back to the branch. I have raised a formal complaint. I guess my time or money in gas is not important to a billion dollar company.

TD bank is not a bank. Its a bazaar. They have to reach a goal of deposits and credit cards, what happens after you deposit your money is up to the gods.

This branch would get 0 stars, they are totally incompetent as to the Canadian banking rules. This is why I dropped Td before and will be doing so again.

Stopped by this branch on Monday to inquire about a wire transfer coming from overseas which was declined by TD and returned to the sender. The front associate unable to answer as why seeked the support of a senior staff. Once he reviewed the account info we had provided our party overseas and confirmed that all was OK, decided to call the back office for more clarification. Since it was taking way too long and we were on our way out of town, asked if they could call or email us with the information. We were told " rest assured that you would receive an email before day end with the reason as why the transfer was declined. Two days later, we are still waiting. Very disappointing.

I was disappointed by this branch, particularly, Flor Tang is rude, arrogant & unprofessional
