The service from Farida at the North Van 'The Foam Shop' was exceptional. I had custom bed cushions made for my RV and Farida helped me all along the way making sure that everything would fit and be perfect for my use. Adhering to the philosophy of Measure twice - cut once. I'm a very satisfied customer. The whole process happened faster than I'd believed possible, despite some IT technical problems outside of the control of The Foam Shop.Thank you Farida.

Exceptional service from Farida! She worked with me to design a firm insert for my eight sofa back cushions. Turned out to be a very economical fix for the sagging feather cushions I replaced. Grateful for her knowledge and efficient service. Highly recommend this shop.

Had a great experience working with The Foam Shop North Vancouver for some custom made cushions and bolsters for our dining area. The first attempt wasn't to our satisfaction but Farida ensured that the covers were replaced and now they look fabulous! Excellent customer service and we will definitely be back with some more projects. Thanks for all the efforts, Farida and team!

A few weeks back I was quoted $35 before tax for one small piece of foam. I had a family member come in to purchase the exact same piece of foam as I live out of town and they were charged double ($60.). My family member was told at the time of purchase that ‘foam prices have gone up’ as the reason why the cost has doubled in only a couple weeks worth of time. My understanding is that my family member was been unfairly being taken advantage of with predatory pricing practices. I called to discuss the situation with the staff member on call and they were rude and only wanted to confirm that ‘no returns were accepted’. I would not recommend purchasing from this store.

I was very happy with my recent experience at the North Vancouver Foam Shop. I had a chair cushion that needed replacing and that I wanted to make a thickness change to. I took my old cushion in and the staff made a template for me which I took home to make sure it worked. There were lots of fabric choices. My new cushion was perfect! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and gave me excellent advice! I will be returning with some patio cushions that need replacing.

Thanks to the helpful, skilled people at the North Van shop, we have two like-new sofas. Their foam had become too soft after only a few years of use and we were ready to give them away... the new firm foam has made them "new" again. We were so happy that we did the same with a much older sofa at our cottage. It too has been given a new life. We are very grateful and certainly recommend them without hesitation.

Really helpful staff. I told them what my project was and they suggested the product to use, and even how to cut and install it. They had a leftover piece of 1" foam I bought at a discount too. Five star establishment.

Absolutely exceptional service.Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on the customer.Farida and her team really went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed at a fair price.My project was a bit unusual as I needed several odd sized cushions for a camper conversion. Farida made it happen and everything fits perfect and looks great.Even if you have no clue what you need, head on in and they can definitely help you find something that fits your needs and budget. Can’t recommend this shop enough! 5+ stars

We picked this location because they had the best reviews and we were not disappointed. Absolutely incredible service at the North Van Foam Shop!!We walked in having no clue what we needed for our 10ft banquette and through thoughtful discussion, we got it all sorted out! Farida recommended a 3” foam, fabric options (and which fabrics were in stock!), and much to our surprise, the custom cushions were done THREE DAYS LATER.
