Kalen and Derek were absolutely fantastic! They were thorough, efficient, and professional while also being incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. They arrived right on time with great attitudes and worked seamlessly together. They even assembled our beds—our main bed is quite complicated, and they managed to put it together perfectly without any instructions, which was impressive.
I highly recommend this company if you’re planning a move. Their service is top-notch, their rates are very reasonable, and the whole experience was stress-free. I’d definitely hire them again! 👍🏽

I've used Up Down Movers for two moves in the last 6 months and have been so impressed with Kalen and his team each time! Communication was excellent. The team punctual and amazingly efficient. Our belongings were treated with exceptional care. We even had some challenging exercise equipment that the team was able to move safely. I would use Up Down Movers again in a heart beat and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Kalen and Lucas arrived early for the move and brought their positive energy from the very start. When the sofa wouldn’t fit in the elevator on the move out (due to the larger elevator being out of service) they carried it down 6 flights of stairs. When the same sofa didn’t fit in the doorway of the new apartment, they came up with a plan to get it in. I don’t think any other movers would go to the lengths they did. The flat pricing was very reasonable and let you know exactly how much it would be. Would highly recommend using Updown Moving!

I highly recommend Up Down Movers. Kalen and his team are amazing. Kalen was very personable and organized, he checked in with us before the move and when they were on their way to our house. The move itself was very well organized and they were quick. I liked that he walked his team through the house before they started so that the team new exactly what was going where. All of the team were very personable and accommodating. It was the best and smoothest move we have ever had. Definitely hire Up Down Movers, you won't be disappointed.

We couldn't recommend Up Down Movers enough. Kalen is super friendly and easy to work with. Fast, efficient and incredibly easy to work with. There are always challenges and stress involved with moving, so to have a fantastic crew take care of us on that busy day took all the pressure off. They somehow managed to complete the move and get all our stuff into our new place with time to spare, so they helped us set up our BBQ, headboards, among other furniture, all the way up until our booking ended. These guys are the best. Thank you, Kalen!

Kalen and his employees were amazing from start to finish. They were very professional, wrapped everything perfectly so our belongings were very safe and secure, they were fast and efficient and also a pleasure to deal with. Communication was great. And the quote was very accurate and we felt compared to other companies, extremely competitive. Up down movers don’t charge you for getting to your place and then getting back home after. Which I found to be a huge saver that other companies don’t offer. We were really happy with our experience and will definitely use them for our moves moving forward and recommend to others!
