This Whole Foods has amazing staff! I've shopped there since it opened. I find what I want, they've introduced me to new great products! Produce prices are competitive, other products too. Best floral department:)

Kimmi in coffee bar made me the best mocha I’ve ever had even though they were closed. She was super nice inside and out. I also like their organic products, a little bit pricey but excellent quality.

Service is not great at the bakery. You could stand there for 5 mins without anyone turning around to ask you if you need help. You have to get their attention and call them, but they still ignore you half the time. Cakes are no longer readily available. You must order at least 4 to 5 days in advance. I bought a black and white cake and the icing was so super sweet you couldn't even eat it and the cake inside was dry and hard. It must have been sitting a while. Very dissappointed you can't just go in and buy a nice, good tasting fresh cake anymore as there is very limited selection. Very dissappointed that the service, variety, and quality have gone down so much.

Bought what looked like a beautiful bouquet red and pink roses for Christmas decor. When I got them home and unwrapped them most of the leave and petals fell off the red roses .The pink roses seemed ok. I tossed the red , the pink roses, lasted about 4 days . Really disappointing .I would expect better from whole foods.

This is a great place to go for self-serve healthy foods. Their buffet bar is filled with delicious salads and hot dishes. The lemon rice, ground beef, chicken vindaloo, and pasta salads are some of my favourites. The recent addition of a self-checkout station makes the purchase process a breeze. The staff are always friendly when you do need their help. I look forward to coming back here often!

Whole Foods North Vancouver is a great spot for quick, healthy lunches. This store consistently maintains a pristine, well-stocked environment, offering a variety of items. Their salad and hot bar never disappoint, I always find something fresh to choose, however, I do wish it was less expensive for sure. They also have a tempting array of deli sandwiches and oven-fresh pizza. Fridays they have special $15 for a large cheese pizza! I also appreciate their commitment to catering to various dietary needs with vegetarian and paleo options. While it might not be the most budget-friendly option for weekly groceries, it remains my top pick for a nutritious, speedy meal when in the area.

I always love Wholefoods. I know it’s also called “Whole pay check” but they do have deals from time-to-time. The Chef Meal Deals are a great option if your short on time and want something reasonably healthy and tasty. You get a piece of protein and two sides for ~$13. If you were to buy each one individually it would be over $20.

Their sandwiches are amazing, their food quality is superb but it's quite pricy. You need to be rich to shop here everyday. I usually go there after the gym to get.a healthy meal.

Nice sitting area & a washroom + a big section for supplements. I don’t mind it, but for some reason I like the WF in the city more. Also, there are better prices on some of the products in City Market, Safeway or Save-On or available on Spud delivery, sorry

This Whole Foods in North Vancouver has been my go to place for cakes for the last 4 years but the last 2 cakes I bought this week have been so revolting, I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon. The chocolate explosion cake on Oct 1st and black & white cake from Oct 2nd were dry and crumbly and the icing was so sweet it was inedible. Most people at our parties ate just bits of the cake and didn’t touch the icing. Very disappointed.

Bright, clean store with excellent selection. Staff are friendly and helpful. A little more expensive but convenient location with lots of underground parking. I particularly go there for produce.

It’s a very pleasant place, clean and all isles are tidy and well arranged. They also have a full size, clean and fully functional wheelchair accessible washroom. Lots of interesting products that are not in normal grocery stores.

I used to love, love, love Whole Foods. Maybe it's just this one, maybe it's a result of the Amazon buyout, but... they seem to have gotten rid of all the things I tend to need and buy there (supplements, beauty products). Hot bar is not great anymore. Today I went in to buy two things. They had neither one. I had to repeat myself and spell out the product I wanted, and after the person went and got help, the "helper" aggressively told me they don't carry it and I should try at the local drug store. I was looking for a nasal spray that they used to carry, that is a natural product that I know no drugstore carries. Anyhow, I feel like they have systematically eliminated all the reasons I had for shopping there, one by one, ending with poor customer service.

Excellent customer service! Thank you Janet. I was looking for the Everyone soap and asked Janet for assistance. She explained it was on order to arrive today, but hadn’t been received yet. I kept shopping for other items and Janet found me in the store with the product! She explained she went to the back and found it had just been received. I was very thankful she saved me an extra trip back on another day.

Title: Whole Foods Market in North Vancouver: A Haven for Organic Enthusiasts with Room for ImprovementRating: 3 out of 5 starsWhole Foods Market in North Vancouver is a well-organized supermarket that caters to the health-conscious community, offering a wide range of organic and natural products. While the store has its merits, such as its commitment to quality and selection, it also comes with some drawbacks, including higher prices and occasional issues with the freshness of certain products. One of the standout features of Whole Foods Market is its commitment to organization. The store is meticulously arranged, making it easy to navigate and locate specific items. The shelves are neatly stocked, and the products are clearly labeled, making it a breeze to find what you need. Additionally, the staff members are generally helpful and knowledgeable, readily available to assist with any inquiries or special requests. However, it's important to note that shopping at Whole Foods Market comes at a premium. The prices here are noticeably higher compared to other supermarkets like Walmart. While this is to be expected when purchasing organic and specialty items, it can be a deterrent for budget-conscious shoppers. It's advisable to keep this in mind and plan accordingly when shopping at this store.Another aspect that can be improved upon is the freshness of certain items, particularly the bread selection during the final hours of the day. While the breads are generally of high quality and delicious, they may not be as fresh later in the day. This issue can be disappointing, especially for customers who are looking for freshly baked bread. It would be beneficial for the store to address this concern and ensure that the bread section is consistently stocked with fresh products throughout the day.Despite these shortcomings, Whole Foods Market in North Vancouver remains a go-to destination for individuals who prioritize organic, natural, and sustainably sourced products. The store's commitment to quality, extensive product range, and well-organized layout make it an appealing choice for health-conscious consumers. However, the higher prices and occasional freshness issues, particularly with the bread selection, prevent it from achieving a higher rating.Overall, Whole Foods Market in North Vancouver offers a satisfying shopping experience for those seeking healthier options, but improvements are needed to enhance value for money and ensure consistent freshness across all product categories.
