We have been purchasing our meat and ready to eat meals from Black Sage Butcher since we moved to the South Okanagan. We especially love the Turkey Dinner with all the fixings that make this meal so good and Matt's exceptional Turkey Gravy. Black Sage Butcher is the only place to purchase local meats in the south Okanagan.

Every time we’re in Oliver we stop by and stock up. Try the duck confit from the freezer. Just heat and serve. Couldn’t be easier- amazing taste!
