Hours: Dollarama is a small store with eight aisles that offers a wide range of items. It is a good place to get groceries in town. The store has a two‑aisle grocery section, a party/ toy aisle, an art aisle, a sewing aisle, and a strip for hot glue. In spring and summer it sells gardening supplies and seeds. The store tries to cover the missing staples of the town and is very versatile. Customers say they can spend a dollar and still find many items, sometimes even more than a dollar. The selection can be hit or miss; stationary and pet sections may be limited, but the store still has the necessities. Staff are cheerful and helpful. The Penticton location has a better selection than the Oliver location. The store is not always clean, but the regular items are at the same prices.
