I have had nothing but hassle from DriveBC for almost two years attempting to get my class 3 transferred from Alberta. I got my medical done, DriveBC claims they didn’t receive it. I have the medical sent again. Nothing. So my class 5 came up for renewal, and they still had a medical hold on me. Becky tracked down the right people there, waited on hold, then had my information updated. She then even went above the call to do the computer gymnastics to get my class 3 logged right at that time, rather than having to wait again. Top marks to her and all at the branch.”
