Since moving from Sherwood Park to Oliver, this branch has provided excellent service for me. A special call out for Becky at this branch. I have had nothing but hassle from DriveBC for almost two years attempting to get my class 3 transferred from Alberta. I got my medical done, DriveBC claims they didn’t receive it. I have the medical sent again. Nothing. So my class 5 came up for renewal, and they still had a medical hold on me. Becky tracked down the right people there, waited on hold, then had my information updated. She then even went above the call to do the computer gymnastics to get my class 3 logged right at that time, rather than having to wait again. Top marks to her and all at the branch.

Went in this week to try to get my license switched from Alberta to BC. After months of run around with Alberta, the nice agent here was able to get things sorted out and me on my way very fast and effectively. Great place to get out of province licensing done.

We recently changed to Johnston Meier Insurance for our home insurance and couldn't be more pleased. We've had impeccable service, saved close to $300 and have much better coverage! That's huge!!! For the first time, the policy has been fully explained to us, and I feel we're getting good value for our money. I highly recommend Johnston Meier to everyone.

First blonde lady I spoke with was very kind and gave great information and service. Let me know to come back at 130 to recieve the service I was looking for. Came back and waited 20 minutes because the Second lady, dark hair and glasses was late for her lunch break. She was not kind and would not listen to what I had to say concerning my previous information. She would not even look anything up or listen to what I had to say, cut me off and jumped to her own conclusions instead of looking anything up in her system and was rude. As a veteran, I hoped for a more personable experience. I Will not deal with this place again! Better off in Penticton or Oysoyoos, service is better.

They say that for every person that complains about service,there is ten more that didn't complian,but should have. In my case Kudos.lavishing praise with a big Thank-you Oliver's Johnson meier Cheryl, Becky, Gwyen Navdeep, Paramjeet and Renne. Simply the best in town!

It is with regret that I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by your representative, Steven. During a recent interaction regarding inquiries about our ICBC insurance, I encountered significant obstacles and experienced a lack of professionalism from Steven.
First and foremost, Steven's demeanor was both rude and condescending throughout our conversation. His dismissive attitude towards my general questions reflected poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, Steven's insistence that he could not provide information unless I was physically present at your office was not only inconvenient but also contradictory to common industry practices. We have on several occasions inquired and or changed our insurances over email with many other ICBC insurance companies - perhaps Steven should upgrade his skills on the policies and procedures regarding privacy.
Furthermore, I found Steven's refusal to explore alternative methods of verification, such as those commonly utilized by other businesses including banks ie three verifications questions along with an email authorizing communication, his unwillingness to adapt to customer needs demonstrates a concerning lack of flexibility and professionalism on Steven's part. When I mentioned to Steven that other insurance companies assist us over the telephone and email, his response was “I don’t care what other companies do”.
Moreover, Steven's failure to inquire about the nature of my inquiry before making assumptions further exacerbated the situation - as I only had a general question. Effective communication and active listening are essential components of providing quality customer service, and Steven's oversight in this regard was disappointing.
In conclusion, my experience with the Oliver Branch of Johnston Meier Insurance, particularly with representative Steven, fell short of expectations. As a customer, I value professionalism, attentiveness, and respect, qualities that were regrettably absent in this instance. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a reassessment of customer service levels within your organization to ensure that future interactions are more positive and productive for all parties involved.

these guys have no idea what they're doing..but charge top dollar to waste your time. There's other places to go to around here... you should try them instead
and I begged to speak to a manager and never heard back from them until I put in this unpleasant review.... now they want to offer some service?
