An amazing experience for a tasting. Helped out by staff who knew every little workings of the wines. Every tasting was fantastic and made me want to buy it all. Next time we visit we will have to take a stop for a meal too.

Phantom Creek is a must stop in Oliver. Kazan and Roger are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable about wine and the history of the vineyards. We participated in the estate tour and tasted over 8 glasses each person. Went back to the second time in 2 weeks for more, highly recommended!

We called and asked if they could seat a table of four for lunch, they said yes. When we got there they said since we didn't book a reservation they couldn't seat us. The restaurant was mostly empty.

Aesthetic was great, calm, quiet in restaurant (we were only ones). Very limited (happy hour menu) and VERY expensive. My chicken drumstick was pink, bloody, undercooked. When I advised our server, he advised this is how the dish always is. No offer to cook more to my satisfaction. Overall, better value for money elsewhere definitely.

This place is so cool! We loved it! We booked a table at the restaurant for Happy Hour at 4:30. The dishes we had were amazing! The ambiance and service were top notch! The view was spectacular! If you've been to Mission Hill Winery in West Kelowna, you'd be able to compare it to that in terms of the Wow Factor! Our server, Lauren, was very professional! Phantom Creek was one of many winery stops on our day trip touring the area and it was the highlight of the trip! We are still talking about it.

Such a fun tour and must see experience when it oliver. We got to go behind the scenes and see so much about the process of making wine and what sets phantom apart from other vineyards. definitely the most detailed tour we did and learned so much. Wine tasting was super accommodating as I am not much of a red wine drinker so they brought me a wider selections of whites to sample instead.

My Husband and I are wine club members and as part of the membership we were able to take our extended family to Phantom Creek for a winery tour and tasting. The winery is a spectacular place and the tour really showcases the different terroir, the wine making and some amazing bespoke artwork. The wine at Phantom Creek is delicious and very well made and with a number of different vineyards you can taste the difference in terroir, especially if you taste them back to back (as suggested by our host). Our host Tania was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging and made sure our entire experience was exceptional start to finish.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at Phantom Creek Estates. I had made a reservation for lunch for three people, including myself, my wife, and our 4-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that children are not permitted to dine inside the restaurant. This crucial detail was not mentioned on the reservation page or anywhere on the website.
Given the extremely hot weather, with temperatures reaching 40°C, the only alternative offered was to sit on the patio, which was not a viable option. The main hostess seemed quite dismissive and quickly turned us away without attempting to find a more suitable solution.
We then proceeded to the tasting room, where children are apparently allowed. However, we were informed that no food items were available there. I inquired if it was possible to order food from the restaurant and have it delivered to the tasting room, especially considering the lack of other customers. Regrettably, the hostess refused our request without any effort to consult with her colleagues or a manager.
It was evident that accommodating us was not a priority for the staff, and they displayed a lack of willingness to address the situation. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. While they may have excellent food and great wines, in a region filled with top-notch wineries, it is the people and service that truly set a place apart. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Phantom Creek Estates.
I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, particularly for families with young children.

So disappointed in the experience. It was a Tuesday, so not crowded at all and we were just tossed around. We were told there was a miscommunication, so had to do a tasting with members but couldn’t disrupt their experience. It was over 105 degrees F and they wanted us to sit outside but yet didn’t give us water. We barely had time to talk to the woman giving the tasting bc she had to give attention to the members. I wanted to buy a bottle but had no time to ask questions. The front desk woman blew us off and felt like we couldn’t fully enjoy the experience and rushed out of there

This building is insane. Popped in on the way to a hike as we were in awe of the facility. We looked like bums in workout gear but were welcomed with open arms. Chatted with the server and sommelier about notes in detail and never felt rushed. They also waive tasting fees if you purchase wine which I love. The gelato was great too.
Edited back to three stars after visiting again this summer for the following reasons. Service ignored us for a good bit and it felt precious blinked last time. The tastings were 25$ and were no longer waived off the purchase. Apparently just the bar tastings are waived now which was disappointing. The gelato was still delicious.

Beautiful venue but ruined by terrible service - way better and less pretentious wineries in the region than this one.
