Impressive!!! Phantom Creek Winery provided my husband and me with an unforgettable anniversary experience this past weekend, thanks to the exceptional service we received from Neel and his colleague in the tasting room. From the moment we arrived, Neel impressed us with his extensive knowledge of the wine making process and the vineyard itself. His passion for the wines and the estate was evident, and he made our tasting truly enjoyable. What stood out most was the personalized attention and engaging conversation Neel provided throughout our visit in addition to the impromptu tour - we were blown away. It was a wonderful surprise that elevated our experience to new heights. Without a doubt, Neel and the team set the bar high for hospitality in Oliver - they surpassed any experience we had at other wineries this past weekend.Highly recommended!

Very great experience. The ambience and service was exquisite. The menu selection was versitile and the wine pairing was well thought out, in addition to the information provided about the wines by the sommelier.

A winery experience that far exceeds your imagination. I think it's one of the best wineries in all of Canada, and in the Okanagan Valley.Excellent restaurant, high quality, great view, impeccable service.We had a wonderful holiday here.

2nd time there. Incredibly disappointing. We have been to over 40 wineries in the okanagan and Phantom creek has rated as the worst experience both times. Not friendly. And the wine is very over priced. There are much better premium wineries such as checkmate and Martin’s lane. And much better wine at a fraction of the price at some of the other local wineries

What a wonderfully memorable experience. Some of the most exquisite wines I've ever tasted. And Linda, the Tasing Room associate/Wine Educator, was incredibly knowledgable and personable, which truly enhanced my experience. I'll definately be going back and bringing friends and family with me to share in this one-of-a-kind experience.

Linda is a very good receptionist who introduces the history of the winery and the wine-making process in detail. I was very lucky to have her on my desk. She was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Thank her.

This is probably one of my, or maybe even the top, favourite wineries!!! Absolutely stunning grounds with 360 views. The staff is so nice and very knowledgeable and the wines are fantastic. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was one of the most beautifully plated and incredible tasting meals we have ever had (felt like a Michelin star meal/service) Not a cheap place to go whatsoever but well worth every penny.

Have had two amazing experiences here. The wine is amazing, the venue is beautiful and the view stunning. The best part is always our wine ambassador Linda, she goes above and beyond to make your visit wonderful. Due to her great service 4 new wine memberships happened.

We've come to expect a lovely meal from phantom creek, but yesterday's lunch was a step above. Absolutely excellent. If possible, I would have asked to buy a bottle of the chef's take on bearnaise sauce ,it was so delicious. Friendly, helpful service as well. Thank you for a memorable meal.

We had another wonderful lunch at this exceptional restaurant . The 3 course tasting menu was delicious, beautifully presented and the wine recommendations complemented all courses beautifully. Both Denika and Bailey provided us with excellent service and made the experience very special. Can not forget to mention the stunning venue overlooking the vineyards, Osoyoos lake and desert views. We will be back!

We visited for a quick wine tasting, price was 15$ plus tax 18.80$.Though the experience was okay, the manager seemed like a snob just because we dint look wealthy. tasting was fast. For the price range of 50-110$ per bottle, there wines are expensive and in my opinion over priced for the quality.The winery is a beautiful building that in itself is worth a visit,If you have the budget to be a member and taste there premium bottles they are worth tasting, we did get to taste one that was very good.Visited the winery august 19 2023

What a view, what a menu, what a pairing! Phantom Creek has a very unique menu that is kept lively by having new options. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced. The server introduces you to all the yumminess of your dish when it is brought out. And don't order without doing the pairing, because they nailed every single one.

Great food with suggested wine pairings in a vista with views of the vineyards and mountains beyond. Visibility was poor that day due to wildfire smoke, but the vines were visible. Maintenance of the fire alarm and its incessant cacophony for almost 10 minutes did not bode well as good ambience for dining; this could have been carried out at some other time when the restaurant was empty.
